Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Service and Food Quality at Pista House Moosarambagh Dear Pista House Management Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the appalling service and food quality that I and my family experienced at your Moosarambagh branch on 09th March 2025. This unfortunate incident left us highly dissatisfied and distressed. Please find the key points of my complaint highlighted below: Key Issues: Unprofessional Behavior by Staff: Mr. Shivaraj (Manager) and Mr. Vishal (Service Supervisor) demonstrated complete disregard for customer satisfaction and were unresponsive to our concerns. Substandard Food Quality: The Chicken 65 and Naan served were improperly cooked, overly salty, and tasted spoiled, making the meal completely inedible. Dismissive and Unhelpful Responses: When we requested a replacement for the spoiled food and unboiled food chiken 54 and chicken thagidi kabab, we were met with refusal, and the staff made no effort to resolve the issue. Reheated Leftovers: Leftover food was reheated and served back to us, further ruining the taste and making the situation worse. Disrespectful Handling of the Situation: Mr. Shivaraj failed to take responsibility for the problem, refusing to offer any meaningful resolution or compensation, aside from an inappropriate 10% discount from his own pocket. We arrived at your restaurant around 09-March-2025 - 11:00 PM with our family and requested Biryani, which was unavailable. In place of it, we were recommended Chicken 65 and Naan. Regrettably, the food we were served was not only undercooked and excessively salty, but it also tasted spoiled. Upon bringing this to the attention of Mr. Vishal, the Service Supervisor, he was dismissive and insisted that the food was fine, stating that no replacements could be made. When I insisted that the food was spoiled and requested it be canceled or replaced, he flatly refused to take any action. In addition to this, when we asked for the Tangidi Kebab to be canceled due to the poor food quality, Mr. Vishal made no attempt to address the issue. Instead, we were left with no choice but to endure subpar food that had been reheated -- the Chicken Curry and Naan were both excessively salty and unappetizing. The total cost for this experience was 1111, a total waste of money for food that was completely inedible. I requested to speak with the manager, Mr. Shivaraj, who initially refused to engage with me. When he finally arrived, he made no effort to resolve the situation. He simply handed me the bill and insisted that I pay, stating that after the food had been touched, nothing could be done. He then offered an insulting 10% discount, which he claimed he would personally provide from his pocket. This response was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful, as it completely disregarded the severity of the situation. I have dined at several Pista House locations in the past, but my experience at the Moosarambagh branch was by far the worst. The lack of professionalism, the poor food quality, and the dismissive attitude of your staff reflect poorly on your brand and have left me with a strong sense of dissatisfaction. I request that the management take immediate and serious action regarding the conduct of Mr. Shivaraj and Mr. Vishal. Their reckless handling of the situation not only caused a loss of money but also undermined the reputation of Pista House. Furthermore, I insist on a full refund of 1111, as the food and service we received were unacceptable. Never Visit this place Worst Hotel ever in my life. Disgusting service Horrible Rooms Sickening Hotel Staff After Full payment on Agoda when I reached Hotel at the time of Check in. The Reception Guy was asking for money. The rooms were Dirty, Zero Cleaning, Bedbugs and Cockroach were roaming in room. TOWNHOUSE 1353 THE SHUBHAM Dilsukhnagar Hyderabad= NOTHING IS RIGHT IN THIS HOTEL Place, staff, Rooms, bathrooms, beds, switches everything everything is yakkkkk We a family of 7 had booked this hotel for stay in hyderbad. After stepping in into this place we came to know that This hotel is not fit for the tourist people to check in. This is the place where something else will happen. We even hesitate to say that something What the inspection community is doing? WHY THEIR IS NO OPTION TO STOP THESE HOTELS TO ENTER INTO SITES & APPS. Taking a family tour is for the refreshment & sweet memorable times. Tour is the part of welfare family But stay in these types of hotels! Uffff where is the safety for tourist family? Nothing is ok in this place. It doesn't even looks as it's shown in the picture not even the entrance is same DON'T EVER ENTER THIS HOTEL
The worst room ever! Don't get deceived by the photos posted on Google! The room is so untidy with cockroaches, poor room service, unchanged bedsheets, dirty restroom, and the air conditioner and television not working. In spite of informing no action was taken! Such bad service that I couldn't even contact Oyo service as they didn't respond! They kept us waiting and no call back! This room doesn't deserve even one star rating!
Full of cockroach , demanded extra money. Rooms are not at all maintained. Looks shady. Not worth it. Looks good in pictures but is absolute rubbish when you enter. Full of dead rats smell.
Worst experience of my life ever. Please guys never book this hotel better you can stay at railway station which is more clean than these. The most dirtest hotel. You can't breath here. Please understand guys before you book.

In spite of negative reviews, I still chose this hotel as it was near my work place. I booked here but the reception person said your confirmation was not received. But I have received confirmation mail from Agoda. Froud people plz don't go here. 1) Booked this hotel online,and paid part payment balance was supposed to pay at the hotel. When asked receptionist gave unacceptable reason saying it was technical glitch on website giving less price. Rooms were not cleaned stains all over the wall,beds are not comfortable. Tv was not working when asked staff to fix they said none of televisions working in the hotel. Overall it was worst experience it was not upto the standards. My sincere advice do not book this hotel, if you still want to book,go ahead and do not pay online,pay at desk.
