Townhouse 1254 Lavish Oak

I saty here from 27 to 29 oct'24 for my official trip and I have ask for bill(invoice) which I need to claim from my company but I didn't receive invoice since last 2 week. Very worst experience I didn't recommend for any official trip and business trip

Made online booking through Oyo but the hotel did not honor my booking when I reached. The manager said that they no longer do online bookings. Hence beware!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by a persistent and unpleasant odor throughout the property. While I had read mixed reviews about the hotel before booking, I was hopeful that the issue had been resolved. Sadly, it seems that the smell problem persists. Upon entering the lobby, the smell was immediately noticeable, a strange mix of mustiness and what appeared to be stale cigarette smoke. Despite the friendly greeting from the reception staff, the odor lingered, making it difficult to fully enjoy the check-in process. I also noticed that it extended into the hallways and even into my room. Inside my room, I had hoped for some respite from the unpleasant scent, but it persisted there as well. The bathroom, in particular, had a mildewy odor that made me uncomfortable using the facilities. Despite the room's clean appearance, the smell made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy my stay. I understand that older buildings can sometimes have challenges with odors, but it's essential for a hotel to address and resolve these issues promptly to provide a comfortable experience for guests. Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped due to this lingering problem.

Location is good with lots of eateries around and good access to transportation. It's basically self service so can't really rate the service. Rooms is a mixed bag. Cleanliness should be better and in the bathroom even though a geyser was there it was not connected to the power. If a place to just crash for the night is what is required this will do. Anything more, look elsewhere.
