Pros: 1)Central location-close to lake, monuments, snow world etc. 2) Spacious room & washroom 3) Very friendly and helpful staff. Cons : 1) Old bedsheets & covers 2) Dullish retro look. 3) Food average & higher rates.

Good rooms, excellent location and great Service. Rooms have common things, if something you want is missing, it is provided quickly upon request. Take time to enjoy the breakfast here which is quite tasty and amazing given the number of options here

Very good hotel. Excellent location on main Himayat Nagar road. Lot of food options plus near to maim attractions. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Prompt and fast room service. Near and clean rooms. Pure Veg food available, costly though. All good.

I just want to write about my experience with this hotel security and driver . I came with my wife for indigo interview and was waiting at the parking. The security guy and the driver was so rude as I was sitting on a bike.they asked me to get up and wait outside . I want to ask the managements and the owner, if people are waiting outside they should atlastan give some chairs ,if they can't provide that they should not talk to the visitor or the guest like this. Please take this seriously, as you are running a hotel and you should know what is hospitality all about. Thanks & Regards, Ripunjay Sharma

I stayed here for 3 days with my family and I have to say, every aspect of this hotel deserves a 5-star rating. The rooms were neat and clean, with daily cleaning service and complimentary toiletries provided. Hot water was available, along with complimentary tea, coffee, and water bottles. The food was delicious, although only vegetarian meals were served on-site; however, non-veg meals could be ordered from outside and the hotel would provide plates. The breakfast menu had plenty of options to choose from. The location near Hussain Sagar Lake was fantastic. What truly sets this hotel apart is the unparalleled service - the staff is eager to provide the best service at all times. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a top-notch experience in Hyderabad.

Very nice stay in Hyderabad. Not sure why they've received negative reviews. Maybe paid ones. The place is accessible. Small rooms but very clean. Restrooms are good but can be a bit more clean. Breakfast buffet is very good. Staffs are very prompt and polite and great hospitality by the team.

This property is under construction, totally not approachable. Dust, aggressive working men, irritating noise from early morning to late night and horrible smell all over. Don't even consider this unprofessionally run property. |Room windows were covered with wooden shields. As we refused to stay there and complained we were told to leave the hotel. Without refund. We had paid for five nights. |First time ever for us, this kind of misbehaviour, under all possible judgment.

Rooms are clean but was shocked to know that I had booked deluxe room they offered me executive room and reception when I asked they said no difference in room, so I suggest you guys to book only executive rooms. Breakfast buffet is costlier.
