The Grand Plaza Hotel

Location is Great..but room provided was sad..No shower, rusted taps, broken bathroom mirror, broken cupboard, open electric panel in bathroom and some pipes coming out of AC lying on floor. Bed cover were not changed, we could literally see dirt and hair on the covers and was not changed even after informing... It says Breakfast included in package, but it's horrible as they delivered two boxes of Upma to your room. They need to improve their service and make people enjoy and remember their holidays..Thanks

I recently stayed at the Grand Plaza Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were sufficient for my needs. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that there was no tea or coffee kettle in the room, which is a standard feature in many hotels. This small detail would have made my stay even more enjoyable. Nonetheless, the hotel staff was friendly, and I enjoyed my time there. I would recommend it for its overall quality, but I hope they add this convenience in the future.

Worst service I have seen ever in hotel industry 1- Booked triple occupancy room they gave another room saying triple occupancy room AC is not working. They said they will arrange another room next day which they couldn't arrange. 2- Found Cockroches in room 3-AC was not working properly 4-Need to remind 3-4 times to clean room 5- Hot water will come after 10 AM

We booked 5 rooms online, but even after confirming over the phone, they denied us the rooms upon arrival! We weren't the only ones--many others faced the same nightmare. Since we were more than 20 people, we decided to stand our ground and fight back because finding other rooms was a Herculean task! After a long battle, they agreed to give us 2 rooms for the first day. Breakfast was just average. Rooms are okay. Washrooms are pretty bad. For the budget, this hotel is passable, but don't book through an online platform. Instead, call them directly to secure your spot! Keep that in mind for a smoother stay!

Eventhough I have stayed in the hotel they have cancelled it telling that custome have not reported. Whatever they show in photos will not be real. Breakfast not provided in restaurant, they will serve to room which they collect from other shop is also not hygienic. We have stayed in two rooms in that one room not having TV but they charge full amount. They don't give preference to E commerce platform like booking.com. Only for getting customer they are using those platform but as committed service they are not doing.

I recently booked a stay at Hotel grand palace through Goibibo and paid the full amount in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel for check-in, I was shocked to be asked to pay double the amount I had already paid. I am extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's policies and the lack of transparency regarding their rates. Moreover, I am disappointed with Goibibo's booking process, which did not clearly indicate that additional payments would be required at check-in. I would not recommend this hotel or Goibibo to anyone looking for a hassle-free booking experience. The lack of clarity and transparency regarding payments is unacceptable, and I hope that Goibibo takes steps to address this issue.

Shabby room. No Towel, no drinking water, no phone in the room Fan regulator not working A/c will suffocate you in summer Washroom shabby No breakfast in the in-house restaurant. Curtains look like washed years ago. Pathetic rooms as opposed to deceptively better reception area. Only hot water is satisfactory. I'd not recommend this hotel.
