The Golkonda Hotel

Hotel was good and very comfortable. Little pricey but better affordable than other 5 star hotels. Room service was good, didn't deny any room service requests to have empty plates, hair oil, etc They allow food delivery, but we have to collect it from ground floor. Other wise everything was good.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Room services are also good. The bedding and other stuff are neat and clean. Overall very good experience. Tea is very tasty though a bit costly! Morning breakfast was also good. They should keep some biscuits and other light snacks in the room. This is one thing I wanted when I was very hungry in the morning.

I have traveled to India almost every year from the US and this is the worst experience staying in this hotel. The carpets are old and musty. The hardwood floor in the room sticky and dirty. Room not dusted and stained everywhere including the sink in the bathroom. The towels looked old and not clean. I have never experienced a hotel treat house guest like a college. They don't allow guest visitors up and because we asked about it they ensured the room key did not work and the room phone also stopped working. Somehow we managed to talk to the front desk and they person said he will have the senior speak to us and waited for a long time and the senior did not call back or even come to the room to enquire the issue. I will never recommend this hotel for a relaxing and clean stay. the location of this hotel in the city is good and accessible. Very disappointed with the rude staff!!

Had a pleasant stay at The Golkonda Hotel, Masab Tank. The staff is courteous and always ready to help. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is central, making it easy to reach major parts of the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the food overall was quite good. A great option for both business and leisure stays. Would definitely recommend!

The food was delicious and the service was very good. Thanks to Sriram for ensuring great service and fulfilment on time. He made sure everything was taken care of and took note of any improvements or feedback we had. Overall it was great experience here and would surely visit again!

On the hotel and ambience, its such a great place to be and at the right location. The rooms were generaly neat amd clean and room service and cleaning staff were great too. It was truly great to be at Melange the restaurant for last couple of days with all great flavours of food. There were lot of variety and different sort of items for breakfast. Even the dinner particulars had all the items and room service was perfect and on time.Thanks to the staffs sriram, nagendra and fellow colleagues who made the service even great with thier assistance.
