I had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite taj deccan hotel, and I must commend the housekeeping team for their exceptional service. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and always fresh. Special mention goes to Monalisha, the supervisor, whose leadership and attention to detail were evident throughout my stay. She ensured that all my needs were met promptly and with a warm smile, providing an experience that felt personal and luxurious.||I would also like to recognize Satis, the Associate Housekeeper, for his outstanding dedication. His work was consistently thorough and efficient, and he always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Together, Monalisha and Satis exemplify the high standards of the hotel and contribute greatly to the overall guest experience.||This housekeeping team truly enhances the luxury experience, and I look forward to returning for another wonderful stay!

It was very Great experince at taj deccan to have mother day brunch..the food was amazing and the entire spread was devious. We really like the brunch them! A special day dedicated for mother's. My family , especially my mother had a good time. Thanks to the amazing staff for making our time a memorable one. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with a handwritten welcome note from the GM, accompanied by fruits and sweets -- a truly personal touch that set the tone for my stay. I had some challenges within the first 24 hours, but the way the staff responded and turned things around made all the difference.||Special appreciation to Miss Serpa and Mr. Durga from the dining area ,also Mr Venkat, Srinu,Rajini, Sailesh-- their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to serve left a lasting impression. The food was excellent, and full credit goes to the Chefs Mr. Kumar, Mr Ankush and Mr. Srinivas and their team for such consistency and flavor.||Mr. Venkatesh from the IT team also stood out -- helping me with WiFi and printouts without hesitation, stepping in when others didn't. A big thanks to Mr. Shubham from Housekeeping, who understood the concerns I shared and responded positively with prompt action.||And tonight, returning to my room after a long day, I was greeted with a beautifully arranged space, a lovely Forest Essentials mini kit, fresh flowers, and a kind goodnight note. These little gestures truly uplifted my stay.||I'm here for several more days, and I'm confident it'll only get better. Thanks to the wonderful team at Taj Deccan for their thoughtful service and hospitality.

Beautiful small and peaceful and amazing Hospitality of the staff. Great team at F&B, Housekeeping and Front desk especially. Although everyone is a brilliant professional but want to name few like Jameela as EA, Pratima at Front Desk and Shrinu, Shailash, venkat, Ranjin, Sathya, jay, Durga, Ranith at F&B.. The Chefs Ankush, Anup Manpreet and Kumar took good care of our team and they are amazing Chefs and human being. Toilet area to be covered near the Restaurant area as its so uncomfortable that you are eating food infront of the Toilet gates (already mentioned earlier as well) . Overall great experience

I'm Venugopal RM from chennai, visited this place several times in the last 1 year. I always had a pleasant stay with impressive hospitality. The environment is very calm and rooms are absolutely clean. Thanks for the entire team for providing exceptional food and hospitality and make me feel at home every time I visit. Comfortable rooms, with good pillows and bed, good food options (Indian & International cuisine) in restaurant and bar. Good range of beers available and the service throughout by staff was very good. Extended check-out was a nice offer that the Hotel was able to accommodate.

I recently stayed at Taj Deccan for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The front desk staff were consistently helpful, and the dining experience was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping was always attentive. A special mention to Asthi at the front desk, who went out of her way to assist me by contacting another hotel to check on my package. She was professional and pleasant throughout. I would definitely return, as the hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
