Svm Grand Nagole

This is a special hotel that looked like 4 star hotel with a huge banquet facility connected to the 1st stage of the metro station. Very apt for all kinds of social gatherings. Spacious and neatly maintained rooms with decent and good interior, luxury bath fittings in wash rooms. The staff looked decent. Even the extra bed is comfortable, and the room is spacious even after accommodating an extra bed. They have valet parking and good parking space. A little improvement of maintenance/painting would make it a great place.

Decidedly below par. The thing that turned me off the most is the low standard of hygiene. Flies and mosquitos all around - in the rooms, restaurant and common areas. The room felt rather run down. Also, the breakfast should be better for the price they charge. And the staff need training in hospitality.

Other than the excellent location this place is v mediocre. Rooms are not well kept. House keeping is poor. They don't give u things until u ask. Breakfast in south India is usually sumptuous. But this place lacked variety and quality. Front desk staff is untrained and rude. One person called me on my first day of the conference I was attending to ask me to checkout! I had already booked and paid for 2 nights! When I told him....he just said sorry. Unprofessional. I had lost my room key card and they charged me a whopping 600 rupees for a duplicate one. This i think was v unfair. There is no other hotel in this area if u r going to any of the premier national Institutes located in uppal. So this hotel gets away with poor quality.

I recently had the opportunity to attend an event at this hotel, and overall, I was impressed with the venue itself. The ambiance was lovely, and the service was top-notch. However, the food was just average - not bad, but not particularly memorable either. That being said, the convenience of having everything under one roof - food, service, and ample space - did make planning and executing the event much simpler. If you're looking for a reliable banquet hall with good service, this might be a good option - just be sure to manage your expectations when it comes to the food."

Very nice place.. Humble and obedient staff.. Very neat and clean surface.. looks like 5 Star hotel.. spacious under ground parking .. Totally it's very good to visit.. I like it..

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Do Not Recommend SVM Grand Nagole (Elite Hall) We had our wedding reception at SVM Grand Nagole, Elite Hall on 24th April, and it was an utter disappointment from start to finish. What was supposed to be a memorable day turned into a frustrating and embarrassing experience due to the sheer lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and basic hospitality. The hall was filthy--dusty floors, torn sofas, a shabby stage, and stained tablecloths, including the one used for the cake-cutting table, which looked completely unhygienic. Despite multiple requests and prior coordination, the event was poorly organized, and absolutely no attention was given to the quality of service promised. Food was served cold, and shockingly, no family table was arranged for the hosts to dine, which is basic courtesy in any event venue. When we approached Manoj Reddy, who appears to be the owner or a key manager of the property, to share our concerns, he responded with arrogance and zero accountability, saying that "what's done is done" and dismissed our complaints without the slightest apology. His rude and unfriendly behavior only added insult to injury. The rooms were infested with mosquitoes, making it nearly impossible to rest, and to top it all, the breakfast was of extremely poor quality and unhygienic. A place like this has no business hosting weddings or any special occasion. If you value your time, money, and memories, stay away from SVM Grand Nagole. We deeply regret choosing this venue and strongly urge others to consider better alternatives. Manoj Reddy's arrogance is going to hurt this business in the long run.

The ambience was good enough, but the quality of food is worst. From staters, we ordered Chilli prawns (Chinese), seriously the taste was as much better from the roadside fast food place and Tawa mutton was average tasted. From the main course, we ordered Special Mutton biryani. The quality and taste of the rice was 80-90% cooked with a small mutton BONE pieces. It's hard to eat! We expected a lot with the reviews.... I rate with 3/5 for the look and the service! But the quality of the food was NOT worth to rate!

Worst staff and delayed food delivery.. waiters are ask tips like something else if u book room... Food was really good but now today we experienced worst experience of delayed service and worst quality of food
