I had an absolutely terrible experience at this place. unprofessional receptionist they used inappropriate language that left me feeling disrespected and humiliated. No customer should ever be treated this way, no matter the situation. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

Online it shows less, but when you go there they charge Rs.500-600 extra everytime Rooms are not at all good, no soaps, lotions are given, beds are dirty with dirty bedsheets Worst part is AC, it won't work, and if it works, it slowly throws out dust which will gather on your belongings in one day No proper ventilation, everything is too closed

Disappointing experience I recently stayed at this OYO hotel in Hyderabad for a family trip with my parents and kids, booking two rooms for three days with full payment made in advance. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Both rooms were in terrible condition, with a foul smell and cockroaches freely roaming as if they owned the place. The bedsheets and pillows were visibly soiled and had an unpleasant odor. When we requested fresh bedding, the hotel staff insisted the sheets had just been changed before our arrival. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues by contacting OYO customer care, each of my calls was kept on hold for over 30 minutes. After five unsuccessful calls, I decided it was best to leave the rooms the next day without even asking for a refund. This experience taught me that OYO rooms are not suited for families. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions about their stay.

Hotel charged extra money at the time of check in and it is not expected from oyo rooms. Very bad experience.

Don't ever chose these hotel if you are travelling with family or ladies the one boy from the staff was teasing to my small sister. The staff was very rude and illiterate i asked them where is the manage first he told me he his on his way afterwards he was saying the manager was on leave for 1 month.No in-house restaurant no much facility. I have to shift from these property. Very bad experience Don't ever go if you are going with family

Reception guy is very rude.he don't know how to behave .he talked like early checkin is a mistake. But I have paid also but he behaved rudely.we came around 7 am to the hotel and he gave keys to the cleaner to show rooms because my parents want to know is rooms are clean or not .jus only in 2 to 5 mints we saw the room I don't remember the room number also.because of some emergency we left and again 8:30 am I called him its office num they only gave me I called for still rooms are available and he spoke every rude with me and at 9am we came back and talk so rude with me. He question what's the room number to me i don't remember num and he told me how could he ( receptionist) know the the room number if I don't know .even I said sorry .is receptionist is him or me to be responsible about room numbers .and later he asked his cleaner about room numbers but before he acted like he don't know .it's his responsibility to ask the cleaner about the rooms even I said like 2or 3rd floor but he behaved very badly even he don't know how behave with women also.

The reception staff are not good. They asked for extra money during checkin and said that prices have fluctuated and not the same as mentioned in booking confirmation. They said a fixed price and said nothing can be done about it. Reception staff are not polite and not approachable for a comfortable stay because of such behaviour. Room and Property wise - Amazing property and locality with clean and comfortable rooms.
