If there was -1 I would rate this rate this restaurant-10. Receptionist(lady) is so unprofessional(try to smile) that is the least you can do for a receptionist job. No restrictions they say in the app but it's total different story when you go there. We booked 2 rooms vacated then and there because of the service we got. When we informed we would like to vacate and moving things around reception was asking when were we going? Although we booked until next day and the booking is ongoing!!

There is no food or even beverages nearby at least for a 2 km radius. Though the staff was very helpful, it cannot compensate for the expected basic service from the hotel.

Excellent ambience and room service. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Good parking area.

If u have some bouncers with you then only stay and visit this hotel or else they can do anything to u, i experienced this with manager and reception lady who have very bad manners and rude attitude, I can say they are running not hotel buisness they are running service for cheap quality couples who don't know the rules and can't say anything about service, I had such a bad experience I never had anywhere in Hyderabad, i suggest to all don't visit this place.

Rooms are a little old, but good and spacious for the money. No discounts are available even for long durations of stay. Drinking water is not available as the hotel provides only 500ml of water per day for one room even if 3 members are staying.

Same price has been charged as in oyo app, good service and neat rooms.

We booked multiple rooms and most of them had multiple issues. Worn, Stained, and torn bedsheets. Not so well maintained restrooms. Rude staff and bad service.
