Super Townhouse La Vista Inn Grand Hotel

Very bad experience: We booked through oyo and paid there, management asked around 1000 extra saying that we cant give u at that price but after so much negotiation they took 500 extra, we are in hurry so cant look for another. Room is super small, no mirror in the room, no rack, only one towel, water doesnt go in wash basin, barely any place to walk in room felt like in jail. Super bad experience. Worst ever stay !!! Dont know how reviews are high. But there is no single good thing that happened that day with the hotel experience.

The rooms are not very well maintained. They don't have any cupboards nor any mirror available in the rooms. Even though it was mentioned as super townhouse, they don't even provide breakfast/tea. I have personally asked for tea and I was even willing to pay but they didn't even bring it. No handwash refilled. Leak in wash basin pipe. It's not worth the hype and cost.

Please, do NOT book this OYO. They are scamming a lot of people. The app shows a price between 1000 to 1200, but once you reach the property, they demand an extra 1000-2000 to let you check in. If you refuse, they deny entry. On top of that, the rooms are not clean and are very congested -- nothing like the pictures shown online. This is a serious scam happening to many people. Please stay alert and avoid this place!

Good place to have somewhere to go after exploring the city, road touch property, well maintained. Rooms were specious and clean. They also provided additional mattress ofc after some extra charge. Overall good experience for the cost we paid.

Don't book from the OYO number (given in goggle maps). They take the booking amount, even give confirmation but when checking in the receptionist say there's no reservations and no room available. Made us wait for 2 hrs to deal with oyo services and still no room provided.

The hotel is good but the price is on higher side. And for everything thing you need to ask like AC remote, Bath bucket. They didn't even give water bottles as well for such price as well.

Guy in reception doesn't even listen and says there are no rooms first was given a stinky room after that they changed to a normal room a normal hotel with normal ambience not upto to the mark of townhouse

Cheaters That charged extra amount citing it will refunded after checking with booking site, we were in hurry paid money, now not at all responding and I have all call recordings lodging a complaint against them Connected with oyo as well they are also not responding properly and worst cheating hotel management
