Internet doesn't work. Room Phone was dead. Lift smelled like public toilet. The staff seemed to be polite but the hotel has serious infrastructure issues. Location is good and accessible.

Please don't book this hotel. This was the worst experience in my whole life. I strongly believe that the reviews they have received so far is by compelling the customers to provide a 5 star rating. Even though the location of this hotel is near to Begumpet railway station, the behaviour of the staff at the reception was very rude at the time of check-in and he refused to let us check-in even though we've already booked the hotel via OYO. He was asking to pay the remaining amount as per their tariff irrespective of what discounts/offers the OYO application provides to let us check-in. After 1 hour of arguing and calling a friend of mine who is from Hyderabad, they let us check in after connecting with the OYO customer service and asking OYO to pay the remaining amount on behalf of us. The room provided was also very untidy and they haven't even changed the bedsheets and pillow covers. We've asked them to change those and again waited for half an hour for the same. No dental kit or towel was provided. Even for drinking water we've to ask and wait for them. The room service is really the worst. The actual rooms look very much different from what images they've shown in the Google photos or in OYO app. I really wish I could have some images to upload which shows the real hotel. So if you're looking for a calm and pleasant stay please stay away from this hotel.

Our stay was comfortable in the hotel. The rooms were neat. The place is in the centre of the city that all the places to visit were nearby. The staff were cooperative and helpful. A family can comfortably stay in the hotel. The only problem I felt is there is no breakfast or tea available. And there is no decent tiffin centres nearby too.

While checkout On reception counter hotel owner asked to download OYO app and ask rate us 5 star whoever checkout that time asked everyone to do same thing. So these all rarings mentioned on OYO app are FAKE dont believe. Rooms & Service- Rooms was Ok, OYO have policy dont not smoke in room or do not drink...but they didn't care if customer doing and neighbor room persons complaints. I have booked rooms for 2 days for 3 persons, they have to provide extra bed for my kid.. often requested for bed but they did not care, also for other services they responded request but for sevice you have wait and wait.

Decent place to party your hearts out!! Don't go by the warning board, you can order food from outside

I am totally disappointed with room, bed and bellow are so much dirty and room is not maintained clean, and not even they serving water for compliment.

Room is very nice maintenance and the hotel staff is friendly to customers, tasty food service good maintenance.

The hotel room was ok, the staff are ok. The one thing by which I have given a low star rating. The kitchen worker did not provide water bottle even after calling them twice. They were coming with a QR code for paying them while delivering each order. The quality and taste of food was also below average.
