I had a great experience The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again!

Good experience rooms are clean but our room had some weird smell like cigarettes otherwise all good. You can stay there it's a decent place.

Wrest expenses in this hotel, management is not good. And breakfast it's bad and un tasty, your staff also not good. Spaced name Sushant. I will come hyd for 10 day but am doing check out in 1 day only because of wrest service

Everything is fine with room except the staffs here In-Between our stay because of our mistake tea fall into bed-sheet and for that were ok to pay whatever the dry cleaning charges it will cost to hotel but instead staff asking 1500Rs. for this when said please check once with your vendor and tell if it is something can not be remove they said then I don't have problem paying that much even but reception denied and told no even though it is white sheet stains will be there even after dry clean and after to much drama they took 700 from me . **Suggestion- who so ever is seeing this please think twice before visiting because looks like there are ready to scam you for anything possible **

We thought because it is Oyo Townhouse - the place will be good. We stayed here for one night during our recent business visit. Over night due to AC leakage, our room got flooded with water. All our bags, clothes got wet. Suit, shoes to inner wear - everything got wet. The stay was pathetic. The hotel staff didn't even care about it. I never thought it would be such bad service from OYO. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

While the room was clean and good, the service was pathetic. They don't have a in-room dining service and when I ordered from Swiggy, the team gave me paper plates and wooden spoons (disposable) as cutlery. The breakfast is only 2 items and didn't even taste great. Once again disposable wooden spoons, disposable cups for coffee/tea at the breakfast counter. To top it all, the hotel staff gave a fake review on MakeMyTrip using my phone under the pretext of checking the booking ID. They also have an odd cleaning time of 3pm, which is when it is so hot outside in Hyderabad. I had to skip the cleaning, as I needed my rest in AC during the afternoon heat.

Its very nice place to stay, the location is also easy to find out. All staffs are very kind & give us information about places to visit in city. Rooms are near clean. Bathrooms are also clean.

The service we've been given was very good and we didn't feel any difficulties while staying here. The receptionist was very helpful even at the late hours. I would suggest this hotel for any couple or friends, for its safety and comfort.
