Super Townhouse 1305 CASA GRAND

Stayed from 23 to 27 December. This hotel should be avoided. The rooms are very small and incorrect ventilation leads to foul smell into the rooms. The staff have no clue about cleaning. The geyser were not working . Multiple rooms changed and problem persisted. Overpriced, do not recommend to anyone and especially family should avoid

I think it's travellers responsibility as well to use the rooms responsibly. I could see spit marks at the corner of the walls,which Hotel people had tried to clean. Here travellers are to be blamed for leaving the rooms messy. Other than that it would be great if the corridors are kept clean without any stuff like old mattresses lying around.

Very poor maintenance, Lift won't work, No proper room service, Hot water doesn't come. Very very small rooms. Not worth the price

I stayed here for 2 days Was denied to give room on arrival even after prepayment, after some hastle was given the access. Room size - Crampy and small Cleanliness - Blankets and bedsheets are stained,unhygienic. Staff attitude - Non polite/Non helpful, tries to increase your room rent in all possible way. Room service - Not given Overall unsatisfied

Worst place, dont go by google stars. Rude staff and rooms are not maintained. Shower does not work and hotter water depends on staff mood. They don't care because they get different customer (bakras) each time from Oyo or other app and most of them dont put their reviews. I normally dont put reviews but my family was so frustrated that i wanted not let this repeat for others.

Nothing was good. The staffs were rude. First time I heard that the hotels clean rooms once in 2 days. That's very unprofessional! No toiletries nor dental kits were provided. Room size is small, bathrooms are smaller and not clean properly. Definitely never visiting ever.
