The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its prime location, which seems to be the main reason it stays operational. Unfortunately, the service is subpar at best, with slow response times and unhelpful staff. The overall experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking comfort or quality service. It seems to rely too heavily on its location rather than focusing on improving its offerings.

I have cancelled booking, I visited the hotel enquiring about availability of two single bedded room instead of queen bed, he said two rooms are available for that day but he was asking it cancel the booking through OYO app and pay directly to him so that he can save 30% payment to OYO. When I refused to do so then he said he cannot guarantee two single bedded room. With his tone and tenor I can understand that he will definitely say on that day such room is not available. Very unprofessional guy

I booked the hotel for 4 days through OYO; such a bad experience. 4 days they did not change the bed sheet and pillow cover. The toilet was not cleaned for 4 days. I asked many times for room service, which they rejected. Midnight, I ordered one bottle of water. After delivering the bottle, the guy was standing in front of the room for money. I had 500 rupees; there was no change, but he needs money; he also does not have change. I asked for hot water for my baby, and they did not give it. Check-in and check-out were pathetic. Broken chairs, uncleaned toilets, everywhere dusty Just we missed from major injury because of broken chair

I want to give 0 star if possible but i dont have that option so 1 star. Very very very junk oyo hotel you will ever see, i was fooled by oyo ratings and reviews, should have checked google reviews as well which i missed. I agree with all 1star ratings on google. They are demanding extra money during checkin, outside food not allowed, complimentary water bottles are not given but the tag township is present, room service is not done at all during our 3 days visit. Pure Junk. Dont believe 5star ratings present on google as well. I believe those are posted either by hotel staff/management but not public as the handles names also suggest same. Avoid visiting this oyo hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. I booked through @Makemytrip and it doesn't allow me to post the review there . People should know the property details. Once I reached ,there are 2guys started asking me extra money for check in whereas I paid fully. Without any justification they asked money and asked me to check with MMT which didn't help anyway. After struggling 40 mins finally one guy came and he said am allowing you check in as complimentary one . Am attaching a screenshot where it was mentioned the amount to be collect on their system is 0 but still both educated guys were demanding money. Bed sheets are very dirty ,not suitable for family at all. I feel once you step into the property you have to pay whatever they charge. Water bottles are 25rs that to price and expire dates are damaged intentionally. I never thought this kind disaster experience that to at Hyderabad kind of city .

I am always staying these hotel because in affordable prices they are giving luxury stay and food also very good friendly staff nice location near by metro station you can comfortably stay with family safe location here thank you

Worst service and money minded. no bathing towels,soaps,water and room was very unhygienic and no response from the reception. Unsuitable for family.Beds and blankets re are very dirty. small insects are on the beds. for the first time i have waited to sun rise. no sleep at all full night. Very very very very worst hotel.

Location wise it's good because it's at around 300 meter from metro line. But the service is very poor. They gave only one towel, there was no shampoo and more such amenities which hotels should provide were not given. The hotel looks good from the outside but interior is bad. I wouldn't suggest this to girls.
