Super Townhouse 1185 Rcc Pride

I booked a room based on positive reviews in booking.com, but upon checking in, the property was in terrible condition. Not hygienic at all. I immediately checked out and requested a refund and they lied that booking.com will provide refund. It's been over a month, and they still haven't processed the refund. Each time I contact them, I am met with nothing but excuses.

Didn't chose this residence. Worst experience. Room cost very high. Rude behaviour of the staff. No drinking provided. Not allowed visitors. Not providing complimentary breakfast.

Rude behavior, strange rules, and much more are the reasons I always try to avoid OYO properties. It's not a place for decent people, especially the Senior Citizens. I didn't stay and will certainly not try another OYO hotel again. Don't know how such a system is still in business in India. Don't recommend at all. Worst kind of place.

Don't have option to put zero star or else I would have preferred that. 10 days back I had booked this property via MMT and had made complete the payment to avail hassle free check in as I was travelling with my spouse and two kids. After reaching hotel person sitting at reception said that my booking is not reflecting secondly they don't have rooms available to provide. They don't have the courtesy to get involved in the issue and try to get it sorted. They simply said that it's your problem hence better you speak with MMT customer care, they also said that earlier they have some tie ups with oyo and based on that they receive online orders but currently they are not accepting or they are facing issue. I had call MMT customer care and after 45 minutes of discussion didn't get any solution and finally I have to get the booking Cancelled.Please try to understand that if the image of your hotel is put on oyo or mmt sites you have to take responsibility or make sure that you remove online booking facility from oyo and MMT. Please start taking ownership for all the bookings made for your hotels irrespective to whether it is reflecting or not reflecting to you.

Just don't go to this place or for that matter to any OYO hotels if you can help it. Strange rules, rude behavior and much more, easily one of my worst experiences in my 70+ years of traveling. Don't know how such a lousy system like OYO is still in business at the expense of the traveller's convenience and comfort.

Room booked for 2 nights in Agoda..at 1300 per night. While check in they have denied me. Simply saying they have over booking. But I have secretly enquired with staff members. They said rooms are available. Due to low price they have denied.. later I got raised complaint on this issue. Have given refund and 10% extra as compansation. Worst experience...
