Dirty rooms, receptionist does mot speak english, does not speak hindi. Very disturbing to understand his language. Rude behaviour. Uncleaned rooms, terrific

Oyo provided rooms photos are completely fake. Not even satisfied by 1 percentage. Don't book seeing the Oyo website provided photos. Very bad and tiny rooms not maintained properly.Floor was full of smoke smell and lift was not proper. Not an option to stay with family.

Not good. Very bad service. I m going to sue legally Oyo management along with this hotel. Water service will not work after 8.00 am, worst room with cockroaches, demanding double the money before checkin when already paid to Oyo rooms online, if u ask the reason they will say you can talk with Oyo management we are not responsible for the offers provided by Oyo management, they will not provide any receipt for the amount paid extra, most importantly u will waste ur precious time fighting with them when u have gone to enjoy shopping or outing. Donot go booking rooms with Oyo rooms.

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional behaviour. If you book through OYO app, once you reach the hotel, you will be denied checkin, will not be given a room, asked for twice the money than you already paid on OYO, says that the booking on OYO is a technical glitch and will be asked to leave to another property. Stay away from this property.

Worst guys. I came to this place to check in at 11.30 pm and they are demanding extra money. Please dont book this. They are having problem with oyo and they are asking us to resolve their issue. I had already paid money online now they are asking extra. Dont visit this place. The room as well is not clean and towels were dirty.

There is no tv in room and no WiFi . Service is also poor don't stay in this hotel they are giving fake reviews in OYO and in google

They demand extra money while checking into the hotel , If You contact customer care team they will give two options 1. Refund 2. Shift to other property where you face the same issue . Keep moving here and there

Very worst management I had seen in my life no response from hotel management ,they will ask for extra money after booking room won't allow to check in
