It was like a cheap hotel for college students fordoing unwanted things. Not recommended for family.

Unhygienic Rooms, Rude behaviour at the reception. Booked from Oyo customer care and for early check-in but when we reached the hotel the guy at reception asked for extra money. The washroom was not clean. The water taps were not working. They didn't even clean the room for new guests.

The receptionist were good and easy to reach I had reached at night and it was easy to find the hotel

I stayed at the hotel for one night and the experience was really horrendous. I would have given a negative rating if the option was available. We booked the room 2 days before check-in and checked-in at evening instead at afternoon. During check-in, the receptionist asked to give 5 star rating as the rating in the oyo cannot be changed later. They were having technical issue in water supply for which they kept saying that it will be resolved in 20 minutes and it took more than 5 hours to repair. On asking how long will it take to resolve the issue, the owner asked us to check out and find some other hotel in the middle of the night if we "can't adjust" without water for hours. They should have resolved the issue before us checking-in. And the owner was discussing in telugu with his employees to not to let anyone other than telugu stay at the hotel as they create ruckus. It was really pathetic behavior and they should learn how to handle customers and keep their technical facilities up to date. I believe that even some good ratings are fake just like they did in our case. I would suggest not to stay there, as there are many other hotels nearby in similar price range.
