Super Hotel O Usha Mullapudi Road Kukatpally

I made the payment through OYO and received confirmation about the hotel and check-in details. Based on the reviews I read, I was under the impression that the hotel would be great. However, after checking in, I was extremely disappointed: The room was unhygienic. The bedsheets were dirty. The bathroom had a terrible odor. The worst part was that the room was full of mosquitoes and cockroaches. My family and I couldn't get proper sleep during our stay. It was a horrible experience, and I had to kill mosquitoes with my hands throughout the night. When I complained about the mosquito issue, I was told, "Sir, this is mosquito season, so you're facing this issue because of the season." The ratings I reviewed online seem to have no correlation with the actual experience. I had a very bad experience during my stay, and I am left questioning why OYO is encouraging people to book such hotels.

Pathetic experience. Hopeless staff. Dirty and filthy rooms. The guy sitting at reception don't know how to talk. He speaks like a rogue. Never recommended
