Super Hotel O Near Dilsuknagar Metro

We made a payment and got an early check in from OYO. When we made it to the location. The receptionist said he has rooms, we will have to pay 2000. But, we already made a booking. So he changes his tone and receptionist said we are checking in before 12, so we have to pay early checkin. Then after we gave him the booking details to confirm, now he is saying there are no rooms. The hotel is both Super hotel O and Peaceful stay villa. They have a board on the front with Peaceful stay villa.

Very rude behaviour from the receptionist. I requested for early check in but he denied even though I said I came from Bangalore and i don't know anyone here. Have to wait outside the hotel till 12 PM for check in

Very poor condition of the room. Disappointing. All false information provided in the description of booking.com. No metro station near by 2 km radius. Near to the room waste is collected and kept with foul smell every where as food waste is on the floor and not cleaned for more than 4 or 5 days. No house keeping. Poor toilet condition. Mosquito all around

Nice rooms but basic amenities like drinking water etc needs to be provided.

Only for Bachelor and for couples don't go with families highly it's not recommended

Very excellent room s nice

In oyo it is advertised as company serviced but dont trust this. This is not near chaitanyapuri metro also. It is 3 kms away. This is maintained by private party. In our room, tv, geyser is not working. Rest ok.
