Quite decent rooms and good friendly helpful reception team. Good location, walkable distance to metro and restaurants! Will recommend highly!

1. Management charged excess amount when compared to original price which showed on website. In website it was 850/- but the management charged me 1200/-. 2. Worst rooms, no hygiene, no towels and soaps are provided. 3. Tv doesn't work and even the WiFi too. 4. Dirty beds and strains bed sheets.

Rooms are very bad and they charge you more after reaching there. No cleanliness Bed sheet and Balnkets are very bad.. they are supposed to be white but they are dirty Washrooms are not clean Soap or Brush not provided Water not provided AC not working properly

Very worst, I have ever stayed in my life, Rooms are very dirty, no water heater. No cooling in ac . Oyo customer care is very worst

Rooms and location are good.. but lacking due to service. Rooms will be cleaned after asking several times. Response changes if one's book directly compared to online booking. Always prefer to book directly.

The hotel and tge room were decent. I booked througg Oyo rooms app, and they charged me 400 rs extra at time of check in. This is very unprofessional. Also, I asked for an extra towel since the one they gave became wet. The guy at reception at that time wearing a red shirt flatly denied, even after I offered extra money. Looks like he just wanted to throw around his power. Totally unexpected and uncalled for, and a frustrating experience. That said, after I went to ask again after 2 hours, there was another person at reception and he agreed to give me another towel without any questions. Looks like some people are just unreasonable and cranky for no good reason.

Location is good. Silent and no disturbance. Room sizes are varying as per requirement. Malls and other stuff at walkable distance. Bus stop and metro station at walkable distance.Commode are broken in every room. Some rooms missing AC remote, room service telephone, no towels provided, no guidance of what is included and what is not in package.

Room is not clean . And beds are very bad lot of stains on blankets Washroom is dirty. And they were not treating every customer in. same manner
