Extremely Disappointing Experience My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Despite booking the room at 10 AM, I arrived at 7 PM, only to find that my room was still not ready. I had to wait 20 minutes, which was highly inconvenient and reflected poor management. Communication with the staff was extremely difficult as they were unable to understand or speak Hindi or English, making even basic requests a challenge. Additionally, the parking situation was chaotic. Cars were parked bumper to bumper, leaving no space to reverse or move out without having to track down other guests to move their vehicles. This lack of organization caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Overall, the experience was highly unprofessional and poorly managed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free stay. We had an early departure scheduled for 4:30 AM and informed the reception staff at least three times in advance to ensure that our car would not be blocked. Despite this, they allowed another vehicle to be parked behind ours, completely obstructing our exit. When the issue arose, we faced significant difficulty retrieving our car, as the owner of the blocking vehicle was reluctant to come downstairs and move it. The receptionist, unfortunately, was unable to assist and simply stood by without taking any action. This experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, making our time in Hyderabad extremely unpleasant. The lack of proper management and accountability was highly disappointing.

Best awesome hotel and good customer service and staffs at reception Madhu and Deepika were exceptionally trained and professional.. the hotel and the room is well maintained and very clean. All the staff and the management are very cooperative and supportive. Keep up the good work.

Best hotel stay for holidays in Hyderabad, truly love this location for ease of travel to different places in the city, would recommend anyone who wishes to stay and people have shown great hospitality, especially the girl at the reception, miss deepika.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were responsive and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. Great location with easy access. Would definitely stay again !!

Hotel was good very much cleaner then any other oyo '. Staff was also very nice , they provided a grew service to me , which was unexpected from a oyo.. it is my first time here but I'll be definitely choose rcc marvel for all my next stays..

Loved the hotel room, service is really good and prompt. Location os eqsy to find and rooms are in really good condition. Wifi, ac , hot water all amenities are there. Would really suggest this place if you are travelling with family or alone as well.

The room was spacious and immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable,and the bathroom was well appointed with fresh towels and toiletries. But what truely made my stay special was the exceptional service by the reception and housekeeping staff.
