this room is full of mosquitoes .. I am unable to sleep whole night. I have important meetings tomorrow and I booked the room to take same rest but this is horrible .. I asked the hotel staff to change my room but the other also same. I called oyo customer care and they are saying that they don't have athority to do anything and after requesting to pass the call to some authorised person they kept me waiting for almost 15 minutes and then after they just disconnected the call two times. I am feeling so helpless and angry that either I can wait for some serious heath issues or I should just go and file a case against oyo rooms. Extremely careless and bad service by oyo. I want refund.
