SPOT ON 79464 Hotel Sai Balaji

Worst restaurant. They will serve stocked food. Yesterday, We given order for chicken biryani around 8.00, they served immediately which is cooked in afternoon. After ate little bit, we asked manager about biryani, he simply said due to AC and fan it was cool. Worst restaurant and cheating people with serving stored food.

Worst ever restaurant I visited in my life. No possible modes of payment except cash. No proper service. No finger bowls. Hand wash is in the toilets. Toilets are not tidy. Food is not that tasty. Zero efficiency. Tables are not clean. No water served until you ask them for multiple times. This is a failure restaurant on the highway!

Sai Balaji is nearby tukkuguda busstand, room is ok but price is high 800per day for single person non AC room. Boy is very cooperative

Very bad persons and communication

I can't judge more on this hotel as I just took some ice-cream scoopes and some milk shakes from them for my kids. I actually went there for coffee around 4pm, as it is also mentioned on display board as.. COFFE SHOP... but was found that COFFE and Tea will be available only at break fast time and after 6pm only. Look vise and ambiance vice appeared pretty good. It's located on the main road and can be a good land-mark in that area.

Still a age old behaviour, my self and my friend walked in to the restaurant and occupied only 2 seats which are empty and we asked for menu, staff told us that it's a family section we replied only these 2 seats are empty and the AC is good here so we would like to sit and have our food, waiter replied we will not take order here if u sit in this place( this was the exact reply we got from a waiter) we felt sucha stupid restaurant who employed uneducated disrespect staff and then we came out. I literally hate this and we were so hungry that we popped it at 3:15 today to have food.... I shall never turn up to that restaurant.. Owners please take care, customers are treated well even in a road side bandi's these days....

The ambience of restaurant is too good... Food quality is also so good... Price is not so high... They maintain the proper protocol.. Due to covid 19 they didn't delivery your food in your doorstep. Dine in is available... Take away also... So collect your food... And enjoy in ur house...

The food here is absolutely awesome. So damn tasty. I would recommend everyone to come here and taste south indian food especially. The price was too less. The food looked fresh. For me, it's a must visit restaurant if you are looking for a restaurant.
