The property is well maintained, staff are well trained and are very professional and welcoming. The chef and team at the kitchen is very knowledgeable and spread was good and tasty as well. They do have an in house cab operator as well as Ramoji Film City tour operator in case if we need have any plans. The hotel's exhaust generator was right above top floor room which we stayed quite never made us sleep with huge sound. But got a confirmation from the manager that they took it on priority and got it fixed and now it's all fine. Should appreciate the actions they took. Overall Hospitality wise - it's top notch.

We had a wonderful stay at Sitara Hotel, Ramoji Film City from the 4th to 6th of this month with our family. Everything was absolutely fantastic -- from the ambiance to the hospitality. The food was delicious, and the service was truly the highlight of our visit. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay memorable, even arranging a surprise cake for us, which was a lovely gesture. I would especially like to mention Miss Stella, whose photography skills are exceptional. She clicked some absolutely brilliant pictures for us, capturing our memories perfectly. Her patience, creativity, and eye for detail truly stood out and added so much value to our experience. Highly recommend Sitara for anyone planning a family getaway -- warm service, great food, and experiences that stay with you.

Our stay at Sitara Hotel was truly one of the best experiences we've had! From the moment we checked in, Miss Stella ensured everything was perfect. Her professionalism, warm hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel right at home. It was because of her outstanding nature that we decided to extend our stay for an extra day! (14 Feb 2025 and 15 Feb 2025) A special thanks to Stella for capturing some beautiful moments for us with her photography skills--it truly added to our wonderful memories. The food was very good and felt as if eating home cooked meals. All dairy products were very fresh. Staff was very cooperative and on their toes with smiling faces all the time. Special mention to Mr Rahul from housekeeping who's excellent at his job. He made sure that I am having the most comfortable time there. Stella at front desk to very sweet and clicks the most unique pictures in her own way.
