Not a good place to stay. No good room service. No hot water. We need to wait for any simple service.

This is second time i have checked in this hotel. Previous experience was much better but this time it was very bad. Very very bad. Very unprofessional staff, always ready for argument and no stool in bathroom. I call in reception and ask he said " itne sabere kaha se layenge ya chori karenge " also spitted on wall... Very bad service and staff behavior......

Average lodge with average service and facilities.

Best place to enjoy with family,|Also with friends good food good gesture all staff supportive and helpful and is ready for assistance and my family fully enjoyed the very good experience.|All we can say a good holiday and having best time and rate this a good package of holiday

Very unprofessional behaviour and bad room service. Toilets is not cleaned properly, no cleanliness and giving the same blanket used by other customers . I do not recommend.

A decent hotel, but staff is not so fair. At the time of checkout, the receptionist was charging me extra cost of one day more, when I checked the register, my Entry Time on the register was "OVER WRITTEN" by the staff, which was an act of cheating. I was compelled to stay there for one more day, so I did. Rooms are decent, but I suggest Hotel Sabharwal infront which is right infront, and is also available on OYO.

The best hotel for bachelors / college students in KOTI. Best price loved to visit this hotel.Would have given it 5 stars but no windows were in my room that's why i have given 4 stars.You'll get WIFI , MINERAL/RO WATER ,HOT WATER IN BATHROOM ,TV etc....
