Have been there with family for a week room was clean & Tidy and the owner of property Mr.Adnan was a very Friendly person and safe secure place, in old city charminar and many tourist places is very closed to Ritaj residency I will recommend to my friends and Relatives if they're planning to go Hyderabad this is the best place to stay Arabic Restaurant mandi,delicious biryani it's just walking distance from there
