The Residence Retreat Service Apartment hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and a great view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk attendant ( Don't Know the Name/He Only Knows Telugu ) he immediately Response and i simply booked in advance with WhatsApp Chat only, The breakfast ( Complimentary - Idly / Sambar / Kichadi& Mini Coffee ) was delicious. Lunch & Dinner - Whatever We Order in Advance. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent Location ( Gachibowli, Hyderabad ) comfortable Rooms, and Friendly staff." One of the best stays, apartment was very nice and cozy the only challenge we face was wifi speed in 406 then last day we shifted to 401 then it was perfect the breakfast is limited but amazing! If you are a fan of idli sambar and chatni you dont wanna miss a single day. Room service food was delayed couple of times. Bapun service was always amazing with nice smile.

Very poorly maintained, shower knob broken, no hot water pressure in tap, dining place where the food is kept has cockroaches. Don't recommend for short stay. If you are planning to cook on your own n want a decent bed n room then it's ok...

There is no hygiene at the hotel and things are not proper at the washrooms and toilet.. Don't book blindly unless you won't see the property.

The place was clean and neat The breakfast was tasty. Specially the service staff , Bapun was really good and humble
