Red Fox by Lemon Tree Hotels, Hyderabad

I stayed at Redfox Hotel, Hyderabad recently and was quite underwhelmed by the experience. For a room tariff of Rs. 7500 per night, I expected a much higher standard in terms of both service and facilities. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't live up to that expectation. The room, while decently sized, lacked attention to detail. The cleanliness wasn't up to the mark, the linens felt worn out, and the bathroom amenities were basic at best. There was a sense that the space hadn't been refreshed or maintained well, which was disappointing given the premium pricing. Overall, the stay didn't feel like it offered good value for money. With just a bit more care and improvement in upkeep, it could be a decent option, but as it stands, I wouldn't choose to stay here again unless significant changes are made.

We had an excellent stay. Rooms are comfortable. Ample parking space. Restaurant serves good food. Staff is courteous and helpful. Special mention to Aniket and Pawan.

Bad mannered reception team. I stayed here. Asked for an invoice by email. The staff in the reception promised but never cared to send. I tried calling the hotel 3 times and stayed on the call for more than 10 minutes each time. Nobody cared to pick up and answer. Please ensure that you collect a printer invoice and don't trust the reception staff

I had a miserable stay experience. it was my first time at Red Fox and I will not be staying there, EVER I checked in on the late night, and wanted to relax, the AC was not working and the ceiling fan was not oiled or something. somehow I managed that night, but the same issue the next day also. I informed reception about this although their tech couldn't fix it so they changed my room but AC was not working for that room as well. I kept on checking with them, but they kept on delaying neither sending the tech, and it was already 2:30 AM, and I had an early morning flight as well.

Pleasant stay. The breakfast was good. Pawan and team were very accommodative to my food requests. Swapna & Dasarath were a wonderful team who took care of their residents in a wonderful manner

The rooms are very basic. Do not get deceived by the tag By Lemon tree. The standard of redfox is nowhere near it. There are many better priced hotels with better ambience.

Pavan and Swapna were really good in assisting us with whatever we need, and chef Jagat made amazing food. Overall the stay was good

Nice housekeeping services, Excellent services, really enjoyed the trip ,I would really like to visit again .room cleaning was very good food was very nice thank you so much all red fox hotel Hyderabad ...................... thanks to Mr Manoj Rawat
