Raaga Grand Luxury Hotel

Very bad experience in this hotel. Very worse hotel policies. Very disappointed and misguided by hotel , I check in this hotel on dated 06/12/2024 around 10pm, At the time of checkin in night we mentioned for checkout time is 7pm next day, hotel staff said that 5pm is last check out time, there after u have to pay full charges and didn't said or informed me that u have to pay for extra charges upto 30% for mentioned timing , Extra charges for late checkout I already paid to the clear trip at the time of online booking, But again hotel charges me extra charges for late check out,... Totally misguided by hotel, never book your room , booking time mentioned following amenities. Mini refrigerators , hot water in bathroom. But there is no geyser and no mini refrigerators Not accepting the online booking rates, demanding to pay extra. clear trip given me false statement at the time of room booking and clear trip is denied for there statement usually. They only follow there published tariff rates irrespective of your online booking... Hotel staff said do not book online also...

Had great experience at this hotel, staff were good and helpfull, many restaurants are near by and they provided very good service even they allowed outside food also. Price is also according to rooms.

Outstanding experience during my stay at this hotel.The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. Staff was cooperative. Rates are affordable as compared to other hotels.

One of the worst rooms one can discover in the city. Do not go by the name and images. The property is neither grand not luxury. Totally a cheap property. The washroom isn't clean and stinks of drainage. The bed and bedspread are damaged, contains stains and smells dusty. They don't even provide water bottles as complementary. Lift doesn't work properly. This property is a total disaster. Families, kindly don't select this property for your stays.

If it's zero star is well suited ,warm water facility not available,not coming to this place ,hostel rooms were very much cleaned than this.

Worst rooms in the entire city. The rooms smell dusty and drainage. The washrooms are worst and have damaged taps. The beds are damaged and bedspread are full of stains. One of the unhygienic places in the city. If one wants to get infected with any kind, choose the place. Not suitable for Family.

Bad cleanliness - No proper room service, No Geyser, no proper Drinking water facility - on the top charges are high for what they provide

Hello, this hotel is only booked for hourly stays for couple only never book these 3rd-class hotel. As per MMT, breakfast is included, but the owner denied for that. Water is also chargeable, and the owner fought for these too
