We totally loved the place, we have booked the cottages and they are very spacious. My kids enjoyed it very much. Lots of water slides and special pools for kids, indoor games, and a children's park. Food is also good. We thought it was a bit overpriced other than that very good experience. Total nature friendly resort with good maintenance.

We had stayed here for the weekend.let me share our experience in detail. Rooms We had family suite room which had 2 bedrooms and a small hall. Rooms are well maintained and clean.After 1st day they had cleaned and replaced all the towels n toiletries Housekeeping staff are very professional and polite. Transportation within the resort is provided by their own vehicles which they call buggies. Transportation is very smooth and all the buggy drivers are polite. Food As part of the room package, they will provide starting with lunch, high tea, dinner and breakfast.Everything is buffet and had several options for veg and non veg. Food is excellent and the restaurant staff have done a remarkable job They are very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool n water rides Large enough swimming pool with multiple depths for all age groups. Rides are pretty decent too. Main attraction is the huge video screen, music and rain dance. Other activities like pottery, Bike rides and children's park are also good. Overall the resort is maintained in an excellent way.

"A Mixed Experience at Pragati Resort" I booked a one-night stay at Pragati Resort to celebrate my wedding anniversary, and while the resort itself has some appealing qualities, my experience was marred by several disappointments. Positives: * The resort is nestled in a lush green environment, which provides a serene and calming atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful getaway. * The food was delicious, and special thanks to the chef for the quality and taste. * The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, offering a refreshing dip without overwhelming chlorine. * Sparsh Spa provided an excellent experience--highly recommend it for relaxation. Areas for Improvement: * Service Quality: The service was subpar for a place that claims to offer a premium experience. Staff interactions were lackluster, and I didn't encounter the friendly hospitality I expected. * Overcrowded Breakfast Area: During peak hours, the restaurant felt overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy a meal. I understand weekends can bring in many guests, but better management of the dining space and guest flow would go a long way. * Safety Concerns: At the restaurant, I almost had an accident when I sat on a broken chair that the staff hadn't noticed. This could have easily been avoided with better attention to the furniture and safety. * Unpleasant Check-In Process for Married Couples: There was an unexpected and rather awkward situation at check-in for married couples. The resort's policy requires matching names or addresses on the ID cards, which wasn't communicated during the booking process. Since my partner and I had different addresses and surnames, we were asked to SUBMIT personal documentation like wedding pictures or a certificate. This caught us off guard and felt invasive, especially in front of other guests. Clear communication about such requirements upfront would have been appreciated. * Inconvenient Poolside Experience: We were told that towels would be available at the pool, only to find out later that we needed to pay a deposit for them. This was inconvenient, as we had to walk back to our rooms soaking wet to fetch cash. It's common at most resorts to provide towels without additional charges, so this was a letdown. * Room Cleanliness and Comfort: The deluxe cottage we stayed in was not up to the mark. We were greeted by a swarm of mosquitoes, and the fridge and AC remote were dirty, with dried gravy stains. This level of cleanliness was disappointing. * Limited Activities and Maintenance Issues: When we tried the ATV rides, only one bike was operational, which was a bit of a letdown considering the resort's advertised amenities. * Lack of Special Touches: There were no complimentary cakes or even the option to purchase one for special occasions. If you're celebrating something special, I'd recommend bringing your own celebration items. Conclusion: While the setting of Pragati Resort is beautiful, the overall experience did not live up to expectations. The service quality, lack of communication on policies, and maintenance issues were significant drawbacks. Despite the pleasant surroundings and good food, I left feeling that my special day could have been better spent elsewhere.

One of the best holiday plan in Hyderabad. Around 25 miles from Hyderabad main city. Excellent location and perfect get away with families and friends. Rooms are super luxurious and everything was fantastic.

We stayed here for 4 nights to attend our college reunion. The rooms are spacious, clean and nice. The whole resort is very green with well maintained landscaping. Food can be improved. Small issues like hand towels not provided. Service is friendly. People are nice.

Lovely place for a day outing with family! Swimming pool is so much fun for kids and adults. Food is great. The parks and walking around the resort is fun. Full variety of plants are so amazing!

However, some facilities need better maintenance, and pricing feels a bit high for certain amenities. Overall, it's a peaceful getaway with room for improvement.

I have mixed reviews on this. Place and area wise awesome. We went during summer 2024 in June. Food is fine. We booked a suite which was really great but found a cockroach in the night. The room service to suites during night was pathetic as no one came to remove that cockroach so we had to jail it in an inverted glass. There was power fluctuations during night till 2 am because of which no proper sleep. Rest went fine. They could have added more buggy rides especially for elderly people on weekends. Otherwise we had a great time.
