Papyrus Port Resort

Had checked in for a night on 16.02.25. Room was clean. However after check in itself we found that tea kettle was not working and the toilet flush was not working. This was rectified but next day when we wanted to check out early morning we had the same issues. Housekeeping has to address these issues. Had dinner there. Food was delicious and the quantity of food was also more than adequate. However service was bad. Though we were the only customers food wasn't served hot. Seems like the staffs weren't trained

You will surely regret going there. No maintenance of the place at all. And dont talk about the food. Very very very bad... Not at all tasty even a bit. Better to look for other good resorts. Better to avoid visiting this place. Staff is also. Too rude to address your issues. Washrooms are awful. No pool maintenance.

What is good : + Room price + Location (Many veg restuarants around, closer to Birla Mandir/museum, Lumbini Park, Hussein Sagar, Metro station) What is not good : - This is not a hotel that was built, but looks like a commercial building converted to hotel afterwards. So, everything is cramped and unplanned. - Room cleanliness will leave you with much to be desired. - Bathroom fittings are very old - Next to road, so very noisy. - A.C without remote control or temperature control (can you believe it?) - A.C master switch is at the reception, so that everyday you need to request them to turn it on once you are in the room. - Even geyser power will be turned on only in the morning. So 24-hour hot water supply promise is just to sign you up. Tips : - Look for better hotels near by (may be Venkateshwara is good) - Don't book Ramoji bus via hotel. Rather directly call Ramoji helpline and take their help. Better rent out a car or hire a vehicle, so that you can reach early (by 9AM) and come back little late. If you opt for the bus via hotel, then your effective time at Ramoji will be 11.00AM-6.30PM. - Ventilation will be an issue if you opt for non-AC rooms. - December, January AC rooms are not needed.

not good at all. the behavior of the hotel owner was not good. they charged 400 rs for 6 chapati and a curry. the curry consisted only oil and spice. even they delivered it in night after 10.30 pm. but we intimated about the same 2 hours before. the room was not totally clean. cigarette butts were still there when we moved in. we booked for a non-ac room but the room that they given was made for ac only. not enough space and not enough windows. highly not recommend.

After staying 4 nights in Hotel Hampshire Plaza, Hyderabad and moving to Rajahmundri and then to Mahabubnagar on return journey to Goa I decided to stay one day in Hyderabad to avoid teavelling from Mahabubnagar to Hyderabad Airport. I stayed in this hotel for one night. The receiption staff is very quick and got room within five minutes. Entering itself your mind and soal become fresh due to pleasant odor of incense sticks and small idol of Lord Ganesh. Rooms are very well planned and clean and passage is also very clean. Toilet bathroom though very cosy but clean and hot water is available. Plus point of this hotel is you get all channels on TV. Hotel do not have boarding facility and waiter bring whatever you order and service is good. The location of the hotel is in busy area and two udupi hotels are beside the hotel so you can have your breakfast/lunch/dinner there. Non veg hotel is just behind this hotel. The reception staff guide you very well and organise your sight seeing. In short very good hotel in low budget..worth staying..

It was really a splendid stay at this hotel. Room was quite compact in size with all basic comforts. Staff were really good by nature, especially the Manager was very gentle and quite helpful. Its obvious that we would always prefer to stay in the same place, whenever we visit Hyderabad and surely I would love to recommend this hotel to all those who want to have a decent and comfortably nice stay at Hyderabad.

I booked hotel through goibibo.com in very low rates using promo code. I was actually little bit worried while booking as the rate was very less but when I went to hotel, it was really amazing experience in low budget. The manager allowed me to check in early morning without any additional charges. Room service was also prompt. Room size was big, we were 3 persons, the room was having 1 master bed with 1 additional bed, sofa, t-table, reading table, chairs, free wi-fi, etc. It was comfortable room with A/c and hot water. Cable channels were working fine. Food is not available in hotel but there is one veg hotel 'Dwarka' just nearby, you can go there or hotel persons make it available in room. There is one good non-veg hotel just backside of the hotel. It is the best point just near to Lakdi Ka Pul railway station. Hotel persons arrange sightseeing also for you and bus picks and drops you out of the hotel only. They allowed me to keep bags in their locker room from morning till night as I went for Ramoji Film City. It is really best option in Hyderabad in low budget but with all comforts.

We booked 4 rooms, 2 double and 2 triple. But we were offered only 4 double bed rooms. Rooms were clean and toilet in my room was small still clean. Other rooms were OK. But the room I stayed had geyser problem. Though they got it corrected for second day, still there was water leak problem. No restaurants attached to this hotel. But it is located in a spot where food is not at all a problem. Many restaurants were at walkable distance. Santhosh family Dhaba, hotel Dwaraka were very near. Room service was OK. Rooms were cleaned daily. But you can get many better hotels for the price you give. Free WiFi was there, but not available for the third floor where we stayed.
