Palladium Luxury Suites Financial District Unit II

I asked the staff to repair one light which was hidden in beam and not working. they said that there is no light beneath the beam. First of all the Staff doesn't know if it is there or not and second they didn't repair it even on request. Though other services were good during stay but while leaving if you ask for a bottle in your room that is not chargeable but if you ask for it over reception, they charge it. This is not the rule anywhere in other hotels. If we have booked the hotel for 3 nights 4 days we are liable to get service even on the last day. This is showing unprofessionalism on the hotel's staff part.

Nice 42 inch tv in every room and every amenity you can think off. Their kitchenttes are nice to cook your own meals. Best hotel in this area that I have stayed at.

Stayed here for a weekend. All rooms have balconies. Our room had a view of the park on the opposite side of the room. We checked in late at night but the front desk staff was around to help. Good hotel.

Stayed here while in Hyderabad for 2 nights. Glad we made this choice. Close to the us consulate. Very neat and spacious rooms. Good overall service.

I stayed for a day, it was a very good stay. Rooms are very clean and neat. It is very close to the US consulate office. If someone looking for a stay in this area, it is preferred. Breakfast was good and staff is very supportive.

Amazing place to stay. Maintenance and service is outstanding. Very nice breakfast spread also.

Rooms are quite spacious but not maintained properly. Ordering food could be pretty expensive for the food they serve and getting cabs can be quite a task by itself ...
