OYO Townhouse 151 De Alphabet

First of all What they show as pictures of hotel is from some other good hotel not theirs....Dont fall into this trap....Worst place to stay...Never ever book this....My friends booked this place for wedding.. the rooms are completely nasty with unclean toilets, no toiletries, broken AC, blood stained bed sheets and worst part is the doors don't even have lock. cockroaches in every place...They charge a hefty price for rooms but nothing is there. When asked about these things to manager he is very rude and not ready to give the refund as well. worst place to stay

Had a pathetic experience in this hotel. Do not even think of staying here. Poor management - No basic facilities in the room. Dirty towels, linens, No handwash/soap in restroom. TV not working, No AC/TV remote available in the room. You have to call at reception 5-6 times for a simple thing. Breakfast was horrible and tasteless and not enough for all people staying. Cutlery was not clean properly. This hotel needs to be closed ASAP.

Pictures are very very very misleading. Quite Unhygienic and worst maintenance with mosquitoes and cockroaches. Foot stamps on bedsheets and pillows. Restroom stinked and looked like a public restroom. Looking at the price and pictures we thought it would be okay but it was not survivable. They offered to clean but I couldn't believe they would be able to remove 10000 cockroaches and bedsheet stains in one go. Couldn't breathe the air and Left immediately however didn't get a refund and Oyo didn't take any responsibility or approve refund. Keep the money please! Thanks for the experience!!

If there was a 0 I would have given rating 0. Firstly,the parking was full and the parking assistant was rude. While trying to check-in the staff weren't knowledgeable enough and the Booking price was showing different. They didn't try to resolve the issue. Had to cancel because of such poor service. Worst experience and the hotel lobby was not clean and was smelly.Never choosing this place again.

There is everything wrong with this Oyo Townhouse. The rooms are really unclean. The ACs switch on but don't cool. The restrictions are no outside food allowed (these people serve horrible food with 1 hour + waiting time). Worst situation is you call the reception, they acknowledge but don't do anything. So if you are wondering what is the use of such a hotel? Well no surprises there - It's an Oyo what did you expect. I have booked an Oyo about 3 times in my life and everytime the experience has been -1 star. Needless to say I have always booked it as a last option when there is absolutely no other option. I wish the owners of Oyo face what I had to face atleast for 1 day.

It's an honest review , people may contact personally if they require further information. A day before checking in I had categorically asked them that I need two split beds and got a confirmation for the same through their booking confirmation. During the check in process, they said you'll have to wait for 2 hours for the twin bed, but they gave it in 45 min. After reaching the room, it was in such a sad sight : 1) body hair on their toilet seats 2) damp walls 3) Housekeeping staff was without mask throughout 4) after moving the curtain, they had a glass of spat paan/gutka in a plastic disposable glass. 5) Water dripping from their AC. 6) Mosquito infested Now, as far as OYO customer care is concerned, pathetic is not the word. The customer service agent with hotel staff ensured that the fault was at our end for not liking the room and to take another room from them, fow which we obviously denied. They finally charged for two days for an hour of traumatic experience spent in the room trying to connect with customer service and getting the issue resolved.

I suggest you to don't book from Oyo. This hotel is just using the name of Oyo but not the service. Hotel is good. But booking system is bad. Taking extra charges from apart online booking. Try to avoid online booking. Just book from hotel and enjoy. Other thing about hotel is good. Please I'm requesting this owner to Remove the tag of Oyo and from Oyo app too.

I don't have any words for this hotel if you have a very good patience than u can stay here , some example -pls send 1 tea ans - sir milk is finish, no shampoo no soap in washroom ac having very bad sound , staff is not trained for the service , don't expect something from hotel,
