OYO Serilingampally

One of the worst places to stay. Rooms are unclean with cockroaches all over. Very rude reception staff. One curly haired guy at reception was also in an inebriated state. Don't even expect bottled (packaged) water here. You have to order food only thru app based food delivery. The hotel is so close to the adjacent apartment that you can open the window and literally touch it. Even when I had a confirmed pre-paid booking voucher from OYO, I was denied entry and made to pay extra. There was no support from OYO whatsoever and neither do they have any Governance or control on the hotel. Strictly a no-no and Certainly NOT for women visitors. This is also my last booking with OYO - Absolutely a worthless, fraudulent and unreliable enterprise.

Sub standard, location is not good. Room condition worst. Nothing can available in this area. Even you can not get a cup of tea there.

It doesn't even deserve 0 Star. Beware ! You will regret booking a room here. We had to vacate the room in an hour. Most disgusting hotel.

This is worst hotel I have ever stayed No Water, No good service, no food quantity, no soap nothing, bed bugs ,no tv and very rude behaviour of the staff ,very unhygienic all waste of money , don't visit this hotel if you don't want to waste you money

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL. Please don't book for hotel. If there was option for negative rating I would go for that. Online booking is big scam, it shows available rooms and when you book you don't get confirmation. If you call customer center for confirmation you don't get proper response neither from Oyo nor from booking app. First of all the location given in Google map is wrong, you end up going to some other place. Second of all, rooms condition is worst, for the money you pay it's worthless. In some rooms rats will be running, in some no hot water, in some no bathroom lights, in some lock n unlock is the issue.

I book this hotel from Oyo but property owner refuse to check-in by saying we don't entertain Oyo customers , have to pay separately to get the room and this was second incident in same day within 30 min. It seems Oyo and property owners are rival to eachother. Rooms were so dirty and pathetic , that one can get vomit easily and fall sick. Cockroaches & mosquitoes were everywhere even on bed. I was already running late hence I was left with no other choice to spend one night. Bedding were so dirty with stains including pillow and blanket. Dustbin was full of garage stinking like hell ... I bought seprate spray to neutralize the stink. Bathroom was too dirty , no soap , no towels, no water supply in washbasin.. have shared some beautiful glimpse of the room.... AND never ever rely on Oyo bookings for your tip !! Jai Hind STAY SAFE

Sure you can have a good stay. The oyo deal I have got is nice. Staff are awesome. The guy in the reception he didn't let us stay near the reception because he gave a reason that it will be a disturbance who stays near to the reception. Should appreciate that gesture. He was very concerned to the customers. Really appreciable.

I have never ever seen this kind of business. OYO people cheating us.They look into there business like availability and granting rooms. But they not verified the hotels like mentiontion. I have booked one room for two days... With oyo. Then when I entered into room. Which I have seen that was terrible experience.. Dirty cloths... Dirty toilet... Room not mentioned well. No TV... AC also not working properly So Then I informed oyo people.. They haven't care for this issue. I have very bed experi
