OYO R Square Stay Near LB Nagar Metro

Room Condition was pathetic. Worst experience ever. Plz see the photos. Door Lock was broken. Bed was dirty. Towel had yellow stains. Whole wall was full of black spots. Plug points were coming out. In washroom, tap of basin was not working. Apart from bed, only one plastic chair was in the room. Brush, paste was not there. Forget about tv, only broken plug point was there.

Worst hotel to stay, the rooms are stinky , unclean, with stinky stains on the bedsheet and blankets, dont knw when they were washed before, cockroaches and bed bugs in the bed , not recommended for family stay. The receptionist is too rude , too much attitude and greedy for money . In online its shows ac room , but once you go they will give non ac stinky , no ventilation dark rooms , have to pay extra for ac rooms . OYO ROOMS team , please review and visit the hotel once before hosting it on your website.

The floor was moped but still sticky sticky. Bad cleanliness. On website it's AC room-paid-confirmed, but in Hotel you are demanded extra money for AC room else you'll be given stinky dark non-ac room without windows and no ventilation. Not even 1 Bottle of mineral water is provided without extra money. Bedsheets also are messy. Pillows were thin like paper and stinky stains of I don't know what. Not for family. Go only if you want to do quick action with girlfriend and you don't have to sleep overnight. The receptionist has the audacity to say -- "this is not a 5Star hotel. What do you expect for such price?"

Please never go to this hotel. Many false reviews there. Reception staff have very bad manners, rude and ill treating guests. Rooms are very dirty and full of cockroaches. Lift stops very often and suffered a lot to shift luggage. Not provided car parking until had to argue with them. Early check-in request not considered and even not permitted us to sit in reception room etc. Were told to go and complain to whoever we want. Worst ever service and property. Oyo should take strict actions against such staff. Felt as if we were asking service for free.

One of worst hotel, dirty stains on mattress, gyser not working, lift not working, bad smell in the room, uncleaned bedding..

The rooms are good but the location is on main road and beside the metro and highway so many vehicles move before the building which makes more noisy place , but it's a good choice for people who want room near metro . Thank you !

Good location but not to prefer for families

Bad experience for me . Rude behaviour Receptionist. Asked extra money I have booked through OYO for one night.when I reached night at hotel the Receptionist said that there is no confirmation from OYO so pay extra money for room.I request the Receptionist my booking was confirmed by the oyo pls see my confirmation on my mobile and requested him only one night almost 2pm I reached this hotel from long distance and also I check out early morning pls consider for one night .even though I request him he not considered my plea.his behaviour also very rude and harsh .If owner take care it will not happen. Hotel is very far from main road I advice the owner to change the Receptionist otherwise your hotel will be closed soon because of rude Receptionist. OYO also not recommended this type of hotels.
