OYO Flagship Hotel Lavish Stay

After we booked online via oyo we reached the hotel at 11 pm. First they refused to give us a room. After much request they gave us a room. They took more money from us in addition to the booking price. So all I can say is don't book through Oyo.

Don't book on any App, as they do not accept any Web booking. You need to pay directly at the reception, which is always higher than the web. Rooms are shabby, T.V., AC and Geiser do not work. No room service is available. No room boy available to bring food for you. There is no lift available on this property. Also the location is too shoddy. For the price the hotel is charging, is not at all worth. Not at all recommended.

Worst experience at this Hotel. They denied check-in becoz the price discount amount they don't take and ask for more money at the reception or else they are not giving room. They says to cancel my booking and talking harshly. If I cancel I loose my rating in app. Please dont visit or recommend this hotel .

Even through I have paid booking amount (980) for AC room in oyo app.... Hotel staff asking for extra amount for AC room 300 and asking extra amount 200 for room cleaning.... Worst experience I have experienced... Total I paid 1500 for this worst oyo hotel...... Even beds are not clean and tv not working properly..... If ur going to this OYO with ur girl plzzz cancel ur booking brosss...... The room are horrible and it's look like slummm yakkkkk.....

Worst experience ever, I have booked online AC Triple Classic room for 3adults for 1000 rupees, upon reaching they surprised me with a small non AC room for 2 members, they kept on saying that for AC we need to pay extra 400 and for 3rd person again we need to pay extra 400.

Worst hotel and don't go with OYO app they are cheaters choose some hotels , in OYO app they display one price and when you visit the hotel they asked extra price

The reception guy is cruel man in this hotel he don't know atleast how to speak with customers
