OYO DOLPHIN INN RESIDENCY

Absolutely Horrible, Avoid at All A friend booked this hotel as I was visiting Hyderabad for a function through OYO, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The place is extremely shady, and the room was in terrible condition. Cleanliness: Cockroaches and spiders everywhere, a mattress full of stains, and a dirty table. It was clear that no effort was made to maintain hygiene. Amenities: The AC didn't work, and to make things worse, there was no water in the washroom jets. Basic toiletries like soap and shampoo were also missing. Unlivable Conditions: The room was so bad that I didn't even stay for the night. Instead, I immediately left after checking in and traveled to a friend's place on the other side of the city. Spending 1000 and an hour commuting was still a much better option than staying here. This place is a complete scam, and is synonymous with the image of oyo hotel (iykyk). Avoid at all costs!

Hotel didn't allowed room which I booked. They ask me to pay 3 times of amount which I booked. 750 was booking amount they ask me to pay 2000 for non ac room on arrival. Saw lot of couple spending night there. My first experience with oyo room will be last now.

Good and Hygiene place for stay... Would like to recommend to friends too
