No hot water, mo room lock, no drinking water, no coffee or tea, room stinks. Staff says no for anything that you ask. Chose anything different

Never experienced this kind of hospitality very worst staff went to book banquet day one they were good next went to book the hall they have changed there words very worst I suggest to not even go and see

Please go for this option if no other is available. The rooms were not maintained well, bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom missing normal ammonites. Staff are ok but cannot judge them since they are also not paid well that is why their behaviour is different. The hotel management is poor and not structures well. The only thing is it is easy to reach by any mode of transport except air and water.

Excellent place for eating out. Dark shades interiors. Starters are tasty. Curries not too spicy. It has great vie of metro trains running on tracks. Kids will love such views. Prices more than moderate. This place offers takeaways very promptly with nice packaging. The top floor of this place has bar where you can enjoy your drink in an open to air ambience. The bar is nicely decorated and is worth a visit. Parking is ample at this place. Staff is courteous and efficient. This place also has banquet hall and the halls are well furnished. The only little downside is that toilets may be kept a bit more up to date though they are not bad at all. Quality of restrooms may be improved a little. The theme of interiors is dark color based. But the theme is well though out and neatly implemented. It doesn't interfere with you and is more in background. There is fish tank but needs to be maintained better. Served portion of any dish is more than adequate for one person. If there are two people with moderate appetite then one dish can be adequate for two people. Starters are nicely decorated. In fact food presentstion is one of the positive points of this place

Bonquet hall here can accommodate around 150+ guests. Ambiance of the hall is not so good. Food served is spicy. Though some items are good n tasty some other are not that good. They are more professional in serving food. There is scope to improve both in its ambiance and food.

The hotel has 2 boutique halls which can accommodate 200-250 guests. Ideal for birthday parties and small celebrations. Valet parking available. We can reach the location easily.

We have a family function. Everything is good including food and service. After function when we are leaving we paid complete bill, the housekeeping ladies are asking money and gifts till we left. There is no control on them. They were stick like gum behind us like in govt hospital. It's not at all fair to hotel. Please control tgem. This is my suggestion.
