OYO 1802 Hotel Sandhya

The hotel is in prime location and makes it easy for your nearby tourist visits. The food here is good. I had taken breakfast and dinner. Rooms are are not maintained well and bathrooms are not clean. The reception guys are very unwelcoming and be sure to carry your marriage certificate or any same ID proof when travelling with your family. They wouldn't let you in otherwise.

Room was good, neat and clean. Affordable and the management is accomodative. I reached early morning 6.00am and my booking was for next day. Which means I had to wait until 12 noon to check in. But they did not bother. I got the room instantly and I was told that I need to check out by 6.00am next day. It was really helpful.

It's one of the best hotel for family inside city of Hyderabad. 1. Very good breakfast provided. It's buffet. 2. Food is very tasty which we ordered for dinner. We had dinner all 3 nights at this hotel as it was good. 3. Parking is available. No issues related to it. 4. Rooms are pretty decent. 5. Toiletries kit is provided as well. 6. Overall, it's value for money.

Very poor room services, poorest Mobile network inside hotel and hotel wife internet service poor. Rooms are good but cost are very high for these rooms. As they are using app based service which is some thing like advance but which can not full fill the mobile and other services related gap. Front office staffs are good.

Not a good choice to stay. No ambiance at all. Rooms are old fashioned. Furniture is cranky. Room service is not up to mark. Very less staff understands hindi. Restaurant calls itself multi cuisine, but it does not have much options.

Cons-. 1. Floors are not good. 2. Water comes through AC . 3. Bathroom faucets are not good. 4. Foods are very much costly. Pros. 1. Stuff behavior is good. 2. They clean your room daily. 3. Rooms are clean. 4. Breakfast is ok. 5. Location is good.

Good spread of buffet breakfast included in the hotel stay. As there is some construction work going on first floor the lifts are dusty n dirty. Rooms are average. Room service is quick. Wi-fi didn't work in rooms. One is asked to download an useless app for even getting Wi-fi. How would one do it if they are travelling from another country & do not have local mobile data I wonder? Restaurant staff are courteous.

Hotel is great. Food is great. One unique feature that I found new over here is you can ask for room service or order food from your phone. No not by calling. By using an app that they provide. :')
