Very pathetic hotel. We cannot get hot water in rooms. If we need hot water they will give one bucket heater or they supply bucket of hot water. Lift is not working. Rooms are badly maintained. Bed sheets and blankets are not so good or cleaned. No intercom to contact the receptionist. Very bad. When we ordered a cup of tea they take min. Of half an hour.

They have done renovation but still my experience was worst. No hot water (solar heater equipped and told me i will get hot water when there is sun. What a joke!!!), Lift not working, unable to close doors, uncleaned rooms. Its worst experience. We did not get rooms in swagath residency. They charged same amount as swagath but it does not match even 20% in their quality. Dont even think of going to this hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed with. I was mislead and was not offered what was promised. The staff was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I had to wait for almost two hours to check in Inspite of rooms being available . I was also charged 30% extra on the booking price for early check-in Inspite of having a complimentary check that was subjected to room availablity. I was a little skeptical about the staff and I didn't feel safe. I checked out early just because I didn't feel safe staying there. Overall I had a worst experience staying there and I wouldn't suggest anyone staying there especially when it comes to couples.

Pure nastyness. Old property rooms have bare minimum furnishing, you can't go out of the hotel post 10 pm. Ac has a mind of its own and can't be controlled even via remote, bathroom water flow is lower than me peeing in the pan even. We booked this hotel for a friend's bday party who was in town and was not good at all.

Nice place to stay but still need improvement such as bed & sheet need to replace, air conditioning, water flow and alot of mosquito going inside hotel room....

Worst service ever i had experienced! The manager is very rude Water issues and the lift wont work They switch off the wifi and ac in the middle !

Worst experience. Leaky pipes and fittings. Frequent power failture no generator or backup power. Old and torn bed and chairs.. bedsheets are not clean.Lazy staff.. dont go for this one.

Please don't go I beg you pathetic hotel I stay nearby I've booked it for my relatives please don't even think of going to it
