Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre

Had a great bday dinner with family. Service by Udit was super and food buffet was amazing with many good options in live counter also. The ambience was quite good and relaxing. Birthday cake was great gesture from them and was arranged quickly on request even at the last moment.

We checked in at around 1:30 a.m in night, Tanish was there to assist us and really helped alot and told us about our package inclusions and hotel amenities ,Personally helped me get my parcel from outside to the room, a very sweet person with a very kind hearted nature. Warm welcoming and greetable smile at face all the time. |Helped our crew from check in and at the check out also . |Special Thanks to this kind of Hospitality Angel at reception for such type of Service. |Thanks Novotel|

The best and fantastic experience whenever I visit the place and Spl thanks for Mallik to getting things arranged on jiffy . All the food and beverages very fantastic. s a new Accor Plus member, I had high expectations from the brand, but unfortunately, things seemed quite off -- right from the booking experience to checkout. The overall service lacked the polish and attentiveness I was hoping for, especially given the reputation Accor carries. That said, I do have a couple more stays planned via Accor, so I'm hopeful the upcoming experiences will reflect the standards the brand is known for. Will reserve final judgment until then.

Me and family members are visited Food exchange today such a nice clean and welcoming environment.we really enjoyed the spread buffet with the life kitchen , I like the selections of dosa amoung them podi masala dosa is my favourite udit angel and Malick provided best service with the suggestions of food we really like the service .and food quality
