10/10 Hotel. The rooms were big with clean and hygienic bathrooms. The staff was kind and service was exceptional. The location is not the best - since the road leading up to the hotel is quite stinky with a public urinal. However, it is close to the main road with Grand Hotel and other restaurants nearby. It is also easy to get an auto after walking 300m nearby. The breakfast options available in the buffet were also great and the staff was constantly checking up on us. Overall It was an excellent stay, 10/10 would recommend.

The hotel is located in a quiet lane - good sleep guaranteed.|If there was a possibility, we would award more than 10 points to all the polite, friendly and helpful receptionists.|In total we have travelled India for one year and we consider New Hotel Suhail best organized among all accommodations we had so far.|We had a minor claim regarding towels. It was dealt with and solved immediately.|The room was spacious and clean.|Wifi worked perfectly. One liter of bottled water was provided every day free of charge.|Pics on Booking.com depict reality.|We can definitely recommend New Hotel Suhail.|Thanks to all of you for making our stay an exceptional one. This was a very good, clean, safe hotel. Don't believe all the fake negative reviews written by competing hotels. Our room for three was spacious and comfortable, the staff here are polite and professional. It's a minute walk to the Grand Hotel, use that as your marker to get taxis or rickshaws close. Also the Grand Hotel ( it's a restaurant not a hotel) is an incredible place to eat non veg northern Indian cuisine, it's huge and packed upstairs with local diners all day long.

Pros Hotel is mostly clean and new and nicely decorated. Spacious wings. Staff is good. Breakfast is very good Rooms are average in size, neither big nor very small Cons Location is 400 meters from the main road. Street is little bit stinky with urine smell but manageable to pass through if you don't care. You don't get auto easily here so. Have to call auto through app. No other option left. However Hotel Grand is at the main road at the starting point of the street which is a famous landmark to guide the cab or auto drivers. What I disliked most while stay is the bed matteres which were too springy to sleep or sit on it. That may cause back pain. They are so spongy that you almost touch the lowest hard part of the bed while forcefully sitting on it. And by mistake if sleep on the edges of the mattress, you may loose balance and fall down. Another this is they have mentioned king size bed in description but the size is small in actual and and they have joined two single beds and mattresses to make a bed. While sleeping we feel hard joint part of the two mattresses. Pillows are too thick. Restaurants or kitchen is not available here so you have to order online. They provide one water bottle a day even if two guests are staying in a room. You don't easily get hot water in bathroom as they use solar geyser Pro tip : You easily get auto or cab while staying in this hotel if you book from Rapido app. Ola shows very less chances

Stayed at this hotel with brother in law March 2023 and chose this hotel again for two nights stay with my wife.|Hotel is off the main road in a street that gets quite busy and congested with parked scooters/motorcycles etc.|However, hotel is ideally located to main tourist attractions.|A warm welcome greeting from the new manager and escorted to show us our studio room that was quite spacious, nice clean bathroom, well maintained. It appeared the room has been recently refurbished.|Reception staff and all the service staff were quite attentive and receptive to your needs.|The breakfast was well laid out buffet to cater for veg/non veg & live station for masala dosa, omelette etc. The dining hall was neat & clean.|Overall, we very much enjoyed our two nights stay at New Hotel Suhail.|My wife first visit to Hyderabad & it was an eye opener for her to shop around Charminar monument.

New Hotel Suhail is a great option to stay at the heart of the Hyderabad City. All the major tourist attractions are nearby the property and Hyderabad Railway station is also with in 5 kms. The staff is very helpful and courteous from the Receptionist to the housekeeping staff every one was helpful. Talking about rooms the rooms are enough spacious Neat and clean. Bedsheets and linen are also clean washroom was also spacious and clean. They provide complementary packages mineral water which is big plus point. I can guarantee that you can't find any better option in the central Hyderabad at this price.
