Minerva Grand Himayathnagar

Been visiting this place for many years and have spent more than 30-40 night on bookings, yet they chose not to extend our stay for an extra hour. I understand that there is policy, but then if hotel has lost its essence to deliver and retain loyal customers. Gonna have to choose a different stay from now.

As always absolutely great experience. Very authentic and good place. However, their Branch at Kothapet, LB Nagar does not reflect even 1% originality of the Minerva culture, taste or ambience or hospitality...

All rooms are renovated and with good ambiance. Quite comfortable and worth the cost. Excellent service and support. All creature comforts are there. My friends Vishnu, Indra , Surendra and others deserve an applause for maintaining the place over decades!

Extremely disappointed The first room we were allotted had cockroaches so we asked for a room change, the 2nd room was good, service staff and staff in general were very polite and helpful. My issue was the travel desk: I asked for a car to be arranged and I was asked to pay 1000 in cash to the driver before hand and the person sitting at the desk assured us that it will be adjusted in the final bill, 15min on the road the car starts fuming and breaksdown, when we called they assured us another car but it didn't arrive , we called again and they promised to send us a car for return, so we booked another cab to the location we were supposed to go to. In the end we never get another car, they didn't return the advance nor did they provide a receipt. When I questioned they promised to return the amount but didn't. Extremely disappointing

One of the better hotels located in the city....Rooms are spacious enough and nicely maintained.... Surrounded by excellent shopping options is another attraction... besides very good restaurants are nearby....Staying at this hotel was really pleasant and I hope to book this property in future...
