I stayed in flat#502 for 45 days.The first month went smooth,as the manager Srinivas was busy in his daughter's wedding.In the beginning of second month,as he got free,one day,he just barged in with the cleaning person,started closing the windows (dust should not get in),pushed the bed to the wardrobe (there's just few inches space between the washroom door,bed and the wardrobe), started touching my things,as if we are living in his room. I stay alone with my kid,so not only it was embarrassing,but disturbing too. I complained to his daughter to inform me before he comes.And from that day, everything changed.Even my Amazon deliveries disappeared.When I complained,he asked me to vacate next day.He thought I am a single lady with a kid,so won't have much options.But with God's grace,I actually found an amazing home to shift,and my new home is such a relief after this toxic experience.Even after I shifted,he sent me message that I have stolen a plant from his flat.He asked me not to use electricity on the day I was checking out.Phewww! This place is good for short visits.But definitely not recommended for long stays especially if you are a single woman and alone.

Wonderful place to stay in this area. Very well built & maintained, kept really clean and has all amenities required to make your stay comfortable. The hosts are very welcoming & supportive & try their best to make your stay a flawless experience. You can't go wrong with this place. Highly recommended.

We had great time recently at Maya Homes; they offer good amenities. The 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for a family of three with a child. The apartment looked almost brand new. The host and staff were friendly and cooperative.

I enjoyed a delightful stay in a charming 1BHK with my family. The house was not only adorable but also provided a warm and homely atmosphere. The host and caretaker were exceptionally hospitable, making us feel like we had a home away from home.

The place is okay but our experience was not. The people who manage this shouldn't be in the hospitality biz. We just stayed in another homestay before this one in another town and it is a night and day difference. 1. The 'deluxe' stay has 2 twin size mattresses that move easily and have a separation and are rock hard. They say it is a wakefit mattress- whatever that is.Gave us sore necks and backs. Not worth the price. 2. They make rules as we go and don't try to make your stay better in any way. No delivery boys allowed upstairs- after you order something. Bathroom cleaning is additional- because you asked for it. Even that's ok. But they tell the cleaner to NOT do it while she is there and say they will send later, once you have paid- and you need to wait until whenever. Overall do not recommend, especially if you have kids with you.

Staying at Maya Home Stays was an absolute delight! The charming decor, immaculate cleanliness, and warm hospitality made our experience unforgettable. We truly felt like valued guests in a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

When i booked the place, i was sceptical about the distance and the services. Then when i got there, i had the best experience. Car parking and cleaning was taken care of. Maid was provided when asked for. Rooms were very clean and towels/ hand towels all were sanitary. Washing machine was downstairs but accesible. All food delivery service was available. Last but not the least , the owner was very hospitable and friendly with my parents. Thank you
