They are punctual, friendly, and extremely detail-oriented, making each stay feel like home. I spent three months at the hotel for a work assignment. This was a new experience for me, having never spent significant time away from my home country. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at the property. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the staff and appreciate each individual's effort to make my stay as comfortable as possible.||I would like to specifically call out the team at the Mazzo. Swati, Dawshri, Nivas Pragath and Reetu. Both their efforts to remember my preferences as well as their encouragement and suggestions on new foods to try, was very much appreciated, especially for someone largely unfamiliar with the cuisine. The food was also excellent.

I was visiting my son in hyderabad when this Sunday we went for a lazy brunch to Mozo restaurant on roof top. Great setting. Excellent view. Has an adjoining swimming pool so you can sit outside or inside. Had variety of drinks and food available. Food was available for health conscious guests as well. Overall a great brunch.

The services at this hotel is excellent. The food is delicious, the terrace area is beautiful, and it has a first-class gym and spa. The hotel staff is very friendly and make you feel like royalty. Among the staff members I recommend, as they are the most outstanding, are Hussain, Swati, and Pragath. These three guys make the hotel experience unique. Definitely I will be back to this hotel.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to Hyderabad. Centrally located yet quiet and tucked away. The service is excellent and personal. The rooms are spacious. Love that they have a laundry machine in the room as well as a full kitchen. The buffet breakfast is very good. Beautiful rooftop restaurant. We stayed for 10 days and highly recommend it.

Great hotel, rooms are spacious and quiet with all the amenities to either stay in or to the the restaurant. Swanti took really good care of us, and Harsh and Devaraj with housekeeping did a fantastic job making sure we had all the things we needed. highly recommend.
