The service was outstanding, and the reception team, particularly Mr. Kalyan, provided exceptional assistance by coordinating all arrangements from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location is also highly accessible. I would encourage you to experience it for yourself rather than relying solely on the opinions of others, as individual perspectives may vary.

I had a great experience staying in the room--everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I'd like to attend a 2-hour meeting outside the time slot initially permitted by the staff. I kindly request Shalini and Kalyan to consider this exception. I would really appreciate their suppot

Disappointing Service Experience The reception staff was supportive during check-in, but the service afterward was extremely disappointing. Requested a towel, but it never arrived until checkout. Every food delivery had only one plate, despite us being two guests. Asked for coffee at the reception, and they directed me to the restaurant, but no one answered the call. When I followed up again, they sent tea in a small cup for 47--overpriced for the quantity. Additionally, the room size was very small, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the service and the property needs significant improvement.

Rooms and bathrooms are too small even for a single person. Almost with Zero walking space. Service is pathetic, They do not come for room cleaning, Nothing extra is given which are generally complimentary to other hotels in this rate such as Glass to have water, dental kit etc.They charge rupees 30/ for dental kit additional. You need to go and carry ur own luggage urself to the rooms, no one is there to assist. Restaurant service is horrible. The hotel does not provide restaurant bills along with it as restaurant is separate entity. Restaurant claims that they provide discount to Marigold customers but u have to ask for it every time. If you don't notice, they do not give discount. Most of the food items in Menu are not available. Take too long to serve. Better to have food outside as lots of options are available in walking distance. Only location is very good as every shop is very nearby and you will get good option of food and beverages till late night.

Rooms were fine if you are looking for an inexpensive and just for a night or two days. Bathroom was not in a good condition and was clogged but they changed our room after we asked. They allowed us for early checkin with additional cost of 500rs which was fine but just saying it out here if someone is looking for an early checkin.

Excellent rooms and nice service. The rooms check-in and check-out was done by Mr.Narendra. The reception team is very helpful and pleasant with us.

Property is situated near IT hub! Clean rooms with decent amenities! Ms Shalini from front desk is very helpful with never say no attitude! I'll definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for 8 days and experience has been great. The room was clean, house keeping maintains the rooms well and strong internet strength. There is an in-house restaurant along with room service. The lane is peaceful to stroll around. There are multiple food stalls and restaurants nearby if one wants to street food or local delicacies. All necessary retails and ATMs are also nearby. Overall our stay was great, will visit again.
