Marigold Hotel

The breakfast waa great. Makes me even in love with variety indian cuisine. The service excellent. The room always clean and tidy. Love the location since it's close to the places i was visiting. All the staffs so nice and always greet us whenever and wherever.

Just okay kind of place. No warmth on arrival. Front desk people are too cold. It seems they need full grooming to be aware what to answer and how. All seems to be like trainees without batch. Rooms are not met with the agronomic to comfort. Washroom doesn't equipped with hand towel holder. It placed inside the shower area, what's the use of it? No visible demarcation of bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. How to wear power glasses while bathing? Buffet dinner was 100% cold except dessert. Though the serving team arranged some hot items but it eat out your times... Overall just okay kind of experience.

My Honest Review of *Marigold Hotel, Mount Abu* *Welcome:* The moment we entered, the receptionist immediately asked for the remaining payment. There was no warm welcome--not even a glass of water offered. It felt quite unprofessional and uninviting. *Room Details:* We stayed in a Super Deluxe Room. The room was spacious, and the quality of the mattress and pillows was good. However, there was noticeable dust in various areas, which could have been cleaned better. *Bathroom:* The bathroom was neat and clean, but the door wouldn't lock properly, and the hand shower was broken. Although hot water was available continuously, we had to complain about the water issue, which was thankfully resolved quickly. *Food:* The food was decent--not extraordinary, but acceptable for the price. *Special Occasion:* We had gone to celebrate my son's 11th birthday. I had informed the hotel in advance to arrange a cake and a music system by 10:10 PM. Unfortunately, the arrangements were delayed. *What truly disappointed me was after returning to my hometown, the hotel staff called me and asked for payment for the cake--something I had assumed would be complimentary considering the occasion and the prior arrangements.* *Final Thoughts:* Despite the spacious rooms and decent food, the lack of hospitality and mismanagement of simple requests left a bad impression. A hotel of this level should show better gesture and service, especially when celebrating a special occasion.

It was very nice to stay here. Dining & food experience was very good. Special thanks to Chandrika & Arpan for excellent dining experience & room service. House keeping & special request were also very good & provided timely. All staff was just a phone call away.

The hotel is lovely. Rooms are clean and tidy. The bed is comfy. Staff are really friendly and helpful, they go the extra mile to make sure your stay is great. Big shout out to Prem. Always happy, smiling and super helpful.|Will definitely stay here again.

Neeraj provided amazing service. He was very attentive and quick to serve us with utmost patience. He communicated very well with us. My family and I were very satisfied with the food and the service and the number of options that were provided
