Luminous One Continent Hotel

This location is very prime location amidst shopping centres and huge crowds .gather at Abids. We went on a business trip and found that the hotel so comfy be it staff ,Food and rooms very clean and a must bump in spot.

First time visited this hotel for attending work shop. The workshop arrangements are good. The conference room is clean and neat with sufficient ac for 60 people attending. The washrooms maintenance can be improved. The buffet lunch provided is good except that food is not hot. Overall good experience.

A nice place, neat and clean. Well maintained. Room service is good and the general feel is comfortable. The staff are polite and helpful. For the price it's a good place. They also have a driver service at the lobby who is also quite a nice honest person. Would recommend him also. Excellent facilities, such as a swimming pool on the roof. Only real problem was that the pictures on my booking website did not match the room I was shown. The staff sorted out the error. Although this I thing is the booking websites mistake. Not the actual hotel. Although it took some time to rectify the issue. Other then that. Quite a nice place

The review is based on the twin sharing bedroom in their RUBY collection on the first floor. Talking about the hotel location is in a good locality with landmark as BRAND FACTORY. The reception area is very comfortable and well-groomed people to assist, the only downside I felt was there was no one to guide till room (which was a gesture of hospitality but managed of our own). Talking about the stay it was a wonderful experience with good amenities and fresh sheets with a scented aroma. The housekeeping cleaned the rooms without the approval, as our belongings and cash were laying on the table. The best thing though was no personal items were moved. Not a good place to stay. Despite booking via MakeMyTrip, the receiptionist made me wait for 20 minutes for a room. The bedsheets are dirty and when I say dirty- I mean it. The bathroom smells and if you using the commode, I would suggest to get it cleaned before using. Management is not up to the mark. The complimenary morning buffet is good. You have eggs, pongal, juice, toast, Amul cubed of butter, poori, potato veggie, tea (which is already sweetened), oats, cornflakes, corn, cupcakes, bread and jam to indulge in which is decent. Rooms are large which is the only saving grace. I would not recommend to stay here but prefer if you want to not spend much. - SID

The Hotel location is excellent, the rooms are spacious but the hotel staff is PATHETIC. Zero customer service. Everyone here looks like they are forced to work here. No one seems happy. The room service is a Nightmare. The lady at the front desk is unhappy with here life. She never greets you nor have I ever seen her smiling. I've been to a number of hotels but this one was the worst ever. What's the point of having the flashy hotel when you know nothing about customer service.
