No hot water on first day. Before accomodation accepted with one price and after accomodation another price. Confirm the price properly for the total number of days for staying. Finalize the price for how many days accomodate then occupy the property. Overall no worth for money.

I have recently booked Lohas stays by paying advance. However, due to some unforseen situation we had to drop the plan. But Mr.Harsha understood the situation and expressed his support to keep the booking on hold for sometime to save the cancellation charges and we can use the same booking when we are ready to travel. We have tried to plan the trip for December but later we realised that December plan may not work due to some family commitments. I informed the same to Harsha and he was fine to cancel the booking. And immediately he sent back the advance amount after deducting the cancellation charges as per their policy. I appreciate the professionalism towards their services. We will definitely consider Lohas Stays when the trip plan is on Next year
