HORRIBLE PLACE!!!, As a well wisher, i request you not to go unless very worst situation, you can even stay at railway station or any public place than here, the receptionist speak RUDE for girls as well. Price is more than showed on website. Days of vomit ( by other costomer) not cleaned even after multiple complaint. Full water comes out of sink into the room . Gyser do not work. It was a worst nightmare .

Extremely horrible experience. Recently booked it for few team members. Booked through OYO and the Booking ID is WBWK8847. The price shown was something and we were charged higher. They hotel staff are rude, and refused to even give us a bill. OYO customer care team hasn't helped at all. They say without valid bill they cant give refund, and the fraudster hotel doesnt give bill. The room quality is pathetic with broken mirrors, dismantled cupboards, disfunctional TV and AC, the expereince is horrible. Please dont ever book this hotel

I wish there was a ZERO rating option. Trust me guys, this is one of the worst hotels I came across. Zero cleanlines and Zero service they provided but charges more. I stayed for 7AM - 2PM and they charged Rs 1500(300 for early check-in + 1200 for one day charge) Note: This hotel is not for families. Don't get fooled by seeing the pictures of the room.

Drinking water cans are not replenished even after repeatedly requested. Bedsheets and pull overs are changed after escalating multiple times. Bathroom fittings (hand flush) have become older and not working properly. soaps/body wash nit replenished. Responsiveness of staff can be improved.

I haven't seen the service like that in any to hotel worser than anything.And the staff are joking on everyone and not even helping the customers they are just money minded. We have booked the room for 14-15 instead of 15-16 and checked in at 15th 7 am they have even collected early coming charges from us and after the 12 they have asked us to check out saying that we have booked for only till 15 th 12 pm . If they have seen those properly at the check in itself we would have cancelled the room and booked for correct dates but they haven't because of this we lost around 4 k and they haven't even offered us any options and forced us to checkout saying we have to pay extra money for late check outs . And I would not recommend these to anyone. And the rooms are even worse.

Not good hotel, only stay if you - are couple, need room for few hours - not getting any other hotel My experience: Cons: - They charge 1200, i booked at 900 via OYO and they charged 300 extra - Used bedsheets, blankets and pillows - Was provided no towel, soap etc for washroom - No housekeeping, had to pay 50 Rs. To one of there workers - Coackroaches on bed. No dusting done - They took your phone, and write the review themselves. *Never be fooled with OYO photos and reviews* : Look for photograph based reviews always. Pros: - AC was there - Couple friendly - Okayish wifi - Outside food allowed - Parking facility - Close to metro, and has street vendors / ATM nearby

Pathetic service, unclean rooms, unsanitised and used washrooms, dirty and stained bedsheets, smoke smell in the room. Got the room after 2 hours of waiting even after booking it online a day prior and that too uncleaned. Even after asking them to clean the room they didn't do it and so we had to look for other hotel the very next day. They changed the bedsheets after bring asked more than 10 times. Rude staff.

TERRIBLE I have stayed here for 3days, I travelled for too long, I checked in and wanted to sleep immediately. They gave me ROOM NUMBER 317. Bed has stains on it, pillows aren't looking good as well. There is dust everywhere which you can see Iin the pictures what I posted. Tried to turn on AC, and it is so low even after keeping at low speed. I adjusted in the room as I'm tired and slept off, Next day before I go out at 10:30 AM I gave them keys , explained everything and asked them to clean the room and look over AC. Receptionist said okay. I came back by 4 PM, the room is same. The reason gave is, it is weekend so it might take time. Later after requesting again, gave me new room (Room Number 310) The bed stains which I kept in pictures are from new room. This is what you get even after arguing and continuos showing of dis-satisfaction. Above all this, CLEANING GUY KNOCKING MY DOOR CONTINOUSLY AT MID NIGHT 2 AM. I opened door, he said that he wanted to check if I am Inside or not, then I gave him a look and he went off. In less than a minute I got a call from Reception again asking that when we shifted to room, how we shifted to room. They gave me room at 5 PM, some other person from same hotel calling at 2AM and asking this question!! Just imagine how terrible you feel after hearing those knocks at 2AM and telephone ringing at mid night!!! Do anyone want such experience??
